【摘要】：在歐盟研發(fā)創(chuàng)新日益緊密結(jié)合社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的大背景下,捷克提出"工業(yè)4.0"倡議以及智能專業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,希望利用歐盟、國(guó)家以及私人資金加強(qiáng)研究與創(chuàng)新,提高研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力,加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。捷克需要通過綠色、智能發(fā)展應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)挑戰(zhàn)。捷克已經(jīng)具備相當(dāng)優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展智能專業(yè)化、實(shí)現(xiàn)"工業(yè)4.0";捷克與中國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系也有助于雙方在"一帶一路"倡議下的共同繁榮。
[Abstract]:Under the background of EU R & D innovation being closely combined with social and economic problems, the Czech Republic put forward the "Industry 4.0" initiative and the strategy of intelligent specialization development, hoping to take advantage of the EU. State and private funds to strengthen research and innovation, improve R & D innovation capacity, enhance economic competitiveness. The Czech Republic needs to pass green. The Czech Republic already has the advantage to develop the intelligence specialization, realizes "the industry 4.0"; The strategic partnership between the Czech Republic and China also contributes to the mutual prosperity of the two countries under the Belt and Road initiative.
