不同動(dòng)機(jī)趨近積極情緒對(duì)危機(jī)決策質(zhì)量的影響
[Abstract]:Most of the early studies on emotion classified emotion into positive emotion and negative emotion on the basis of potency. In recent years, the rise of specific emotional theories, such as the theory of approaching motivation and emotion, has expanded the scope of emotional research and enriched the study of the relationship between emotion and decision-making. In spite of this, the research on the role of emotion in crisis decision-making is mostly proved from the theoretical direction, and few researchers do empirical research on the specific emotion. Based on the previous definition of the quality of crisis decision-making, this study explores whether there is a difference in the decision-making quality of individuals in the face of emergency emergencies under the positive emotions of different approaching motivations, which is based on the definition of the quality of decision-making of crisis decision-making. The first experiment was designed to induce desire, calm and neutral conditions, and then the participants were asked to complete the crisis decision-making task materials. In experiment 2, the explanatory responsibility variable was added as an important factor of social situation to individual decision-making, and the influence of it on the quality of decision-making in crisis was examined, using 3 (emotion: desire, calm, and so on). Neutral condition) x2 (interpretive responsibility: yes, none) inter-test design requires participants to complete the task material for crisis decision-making. The results of experiment 1 and experiment 2 show that: (1) calm emotion makes the decision-making time shorter in crisis situation than in desire mood and neutral condition; The responsibility to explain causes individuals to spend more time making decisions than they do not. (2) the confidence and satisfaction of individuals in calmness with the crisis decisions they make are higher than those in desire and neutral conditions. To be high. (3) when there is a duty to explain, Under the calm mood, the individual is the least affected by the responsibility of explanation; The influence of emotion on self-confidence and satisfaction is significant when there is no explanation responsibility. (4) the quality of crisis decision-making under calm mood is the best, but the influence of emotion on self-confidence and satisfaction is not significant under the responsibility of explanation. (4) the quality of crisis decision-making is the best under calm emotion. The responsibility to explain weakens the emotional impact on the quality of crisis decision-making.
