【摘要】：大量研究發(fā)現(xiàn)心理渴求機(jī)制的紊亂是尼古丁成癮的核心機(jī)制之一。線索暴露是探索心理渴求與尼古丁成癮關(guān)系的重要研究范式。但最近研究者提出該范式較難區(qū)分事件性渴求與背景性渴求,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法清楚定位渴求在尼古丁成癮中扮演的角色。通過(guò)對(duì)以往文獻(xiàn)的回顧,對(duì)不同成癮概念、作用機(jī)制和生理基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,認(rèn)為事件性渴求與背景性渴求兩者在維持成癮行為上的確存在不同的作用路徑。未來(lái)研究應(yīng)改進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)范式,分別探討兩種心理渴求與尼古丁成癮的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,完善心理渴求與尼古丁成癮的關(guān)系模型,為尼古丁成癮的治療和干預(yù)等方法提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies have found that the disorder of psychological craving mechanism is one of the core mechanisms of nicotine addiction. Clue exposure is an important paradigm for exploring the relationship between psychological craving and nicotine addiction. However, researchers have recently proposed that it is difficult to distinguish between eventful craving and background craving, which makes it impossible to clearly locate the role of craving in nicotine addiction. By reviewing the previous literatures and comparing the different concepts, mechanisms and physiological basis of addiction, it is concluded that there are different pathways of action between eventful craving and background craving in maintaining addictive behavior. The future research should improve the experimental paradigm, explore the internal relationship between two kinds of psychological craving and nicotine addiction, perfect the model of the relationship between psychological craving and nicotine addiction, and provide some theoretical basis for the treatment and intervention of nicotine addiction.
