【摘要】：目的了解貴州省中學(xué)生自殺態(tài)度現(xiàn)狀,基于結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析中學(xué)生自殺態(tài)度影響因素,為自殺危機(jī)干預(yù)提供參考。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法在貴州省抽取3個(gè)地區(qū)共5 109名中學(xué)生,應(yīng)用自編問(wèn)卷、自殺態(tài)度問(wèn)卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA)、中學(xué)生抑郁自評(píng)量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 17.0和Amos 23.0進(jìn)行因子分析及構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。結(jié)果 5 109名中學(xué)生中對(duì)自殺行為、自殺者、自殺者家屬和安樂(lè)死持肯定、寬容態(tài)度的學(xué)生分別有192(3.8%),1 845(36.1%),3 475(68.0%)和1 063人(20.8%)。有無(wú)宗教信仰、是否住校、是否獨(dú)生子女、是否留守、學(xué)校所在地、不同年級(jí)及不同地區(qū)的中學(xué)生自殺態(tài)度得分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型顯示,抑郁、焦慮情緒對(duì)自殺態(tài)度的影響最大(總效應(yīng)為0.304),其次是父母教養(yǎng)方式、家庭氛圍、社會(huì)欺辱和生命有關(guān)教育(總效應(yīng)分別為0.237,0.202,0.187,0.095)。結(jié)論貴州省中學(xué)生對(duì)自殺的認(rèn)識(shí)有待提高,抑郁、焦慮情緒及父母教養(yǎng)方式對(duì)中學(xué)生的自殺態(tài)度影響較明顯,預(yù)防中學(xué)生自殺更應(yīng)注重中學(xué)生的心理健康及背景,同時(shí)需改善父母教養(yǎng)方式。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of suicide attitude of middle school students in Guizhou province and analyze the influencing factors of suicide attitude of middle school students based on structural equation model so as to provide reference for suicide crisis intervention. Methods A total of 5 109 middle school students were selected from 3 districts in Guizhou province by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. The self-designed questionnaire and the suicide attitude questionnaire (Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA) were used to investigate the depression self-rating scale of middle school students. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 and Amos 23.0 and the structural equation model was constructed. Results among the 5 109 middle school students, 192 (3.8%) were positive about suicide behavior, 1 845 (36.1%) were tolerant, and 192 (3.8%) were family members of suicides and euthanasia. 3,475 (68.0%) and 1,063 (20.8%). Whether there is religious belief, whether living in school, whether the only child, whether to stay or not, the school location, different grades and different areas of middle school students' suicide attitude scores were significantly different (P all 0.05). The structural equation model showed that depression and anxiety had the greatest influence on suicidal attitude (total effect was 0.304), followed by parental rearing style and family atmosphere. Social bullying and life related education (the total effect was 0.237 0.202 ~ 0.187 ~ 0.095). Conclusion the cognition of suicide among middle school students in Guizhou province needs to be improved. Depression, anxiety and parental rearing style have obvious influence on the attitude towards suicide of middle school students. The mental health and background of middle school students should be paid more attention to in the prevention of middle school students' suicide. At the same time, there is a need to improve parental rearing.
