成癮物質(zhì)使用的生態(tài)瞬時評估與干預(yù)

【摘要】:生態(tài)瞬時評估通過自我監(jiān)測和經(jīng)驗取樣兩種方法,高效、實時、準(zhǔn)確的獲取被試在日常生活中的物質(zhì)使用行為,渴求感和情境、情緒等因素的數(shù)據(jù)信息,對被監(jiān)測者的物質(zhì)使用情況進行全面的實時評估,該方法與現(xiàn)代移動科技結(jié)合,具有比傳統(tǒng)評估方法不可比擬的優(yōu)勢,因此逐漸受到物質(zhì)成癮領(lǐng)域研究者的青睞。因此不少研究者開始將生態(tài)瞬時評估應(yīng)用到臨床測評和干預(yù)中,對干預(yù)對象提供實時而又更具針對性的指導(dǎo)和訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:Through two methods of self-monitoring and empirical sampling, the ecological instantaneous assessment can obtain the data information of the subjects' daily life, such as material use behavior, craving, situation, emotion and so on efficiently, in real time and accurately. The comprehensive real-time evaluation of the substance use of the monitored persons, which combines with modern mobile science and technology, has an incomparable advantage over the traditional evaluation methods, so it is gradually favored by the researchers in the field of substance addiction. Therefore, many researchers began to apply ecological transient assessment to clinical evaluation and intervention to provide real-time and more targeted guidance and training for intervention objects.
