運(yùn)用催眠治療技術(shù)改善兒童心理與行為問題的團(tuán)體干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:催眠是一種適用于兒童常見心理與行為問題的有效治療方式。諸多臨床研究和案例報(bào)告顯示,催眠可以應(yīng)用于治療兒童焦慮、行為障礙、疼痛以及其他適應(yīng)癥。本研究以講述兒童催眠故事的《湯普森心理童話藥書》為藍(lán)本,在兼顧兒童具體的心理與行為問題和各種常用催眠技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行團(tuán)體方案設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大該方案的適用范圍,研究者將如何更好地建立親子關(guān)系的話題穿插其中。研究者采用兒童行為量表調(diào)查某省市幼兒園4至6歲兒童的心理與行為問題狀況,共發(fā)放問卷400份,在去除無效問卷和沒有問題的兒童后,有45份問卷的兒童被試存在不同程度和類型的心理行為問題。經(jīng)聯(lián)系,有意愿參加并且在時(shí)間上可以配合團(tuán)體進(jìn)行的家長(zhǎng)有33人。在團(tuán)體進(jìn)行過程中有2名成員退出。追蹤時(shí)有1份問卷未收回。本研究采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,應(yīng)用一般線性模式中的重復(fù)測(cè)量來比較兒童被試在前測(cè)、后測(cè)及一個(gè)月后追蹤時(shí)的量表得分差異。研究結(jié)果表明,在后測(cè)時(shí)兒童的CBCL得分與前測(cè)相比具有顯著性差異,追蹤時(shí)的結(jié)果顯示,兒童的CBCL得分比后測(cè)時(shí)有顯著降低。說明該團(tuán)體方案能有效改善兒童被試的心理與行為問題狀況,且在團(tuán)體結(jié)束后的一個(gè)月中,該團(tuán)體方案的改善效果仍然持續(xù)存在。最后,研究者根據(jù)研究結(jié)果對(duì)該團(tuán)體方案的效果進(jìn)行討論,并對(duì)團(tuán)體活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了回顧和總結(jié)。同時(shí),也對(duì)未來的相關(guān)研究提出了具體建議。
[Abstract]:Hypnosis is an effective treatment for common psychological and behavioral problems in children. Numerous clinical studies and case reports have shown that hypnosis can be used to treat anxiety, behavioral disorders, pain, and other indications in children. Based on Thompson's Psychological Fairy Tales about Children's hypnotic Tales, this study designed a group scheme on the basis of taking into account children's specific psychological and behavioral problems and various hypnotic techniques in common use. At the same time, in order to further expand the scope of the program, researchers will better establish parent-child relationship topics interspersed. The children's behavior scale was used to investigate the psychological and behavioral problems of children aged 4 to 6 years in a province and city kindergarten. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, after removing invalid questionnaires and children without problems. Children with 45 questionnaires had psychological and behavioral problems of different degrees and types. After contact, willing to participate and time to cooperate with the group of 33 parents. Two members quit in the course of the group. At the time of follow-up, 1 questionnaire was not returned. In this study, SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and repeated measurements in general linear model were used to compare the scale scores of children in pre-test, post-test and follow-up one month later. The results showed that there was significant difference in CBCL score between children and pre-test in post-test. The results of tracing showed that the CBCL score of children was significantly lower than that of post-test. The results show that the group scheme can effectively improve the psychological and behavioral status of the children, and the improvement effect of the group scheme is still in existence in the month after the end of the group. Finally, according to the results of the study, the effects of the group program are discussed, and the group activities are reviewed and summarized. At the same time, it also puts forward some specific suggestions for future research.
