工作同盟的結(jié)構(gòu)與測(cè)量
[Abstract]:The work alliance has always been the focus of the research on the process and effect of consultation. Clinical researchers believe that work alliances play a vital role in the counseling process and effectiveness. The work alliance has been studied for decades, and many conclusions have been obtained, but its structure is not clear and the measurement method is single, which to some extent affects the research of psychological counseling process-effect. By exploring the structure of the work alliance questionnaire, this study determines the questionnaire of the measurement work alliance suitable for Chinese culture, introduces and verifies the new tool of the measurement work alliance, and further clarifies the structure of the work alliance. The measurement of domestic work alliance is to use the questionnaire of WAI series directly. Zhu Xu, Jiang Guang (2011c)'s WAQ is based on the reality of China, based on the qualitative study of the working alliance in the eyes of the party concerned. Logically, this tool is more suited to China's cultural background than the foreign work alliance scale. By comparing the structural validity of WAI-S,WAI-SR and WAQ, the conclusion is drawn that WAQ is more suitable for Chinese cultural background and can effectively measure the work alliance. The second study introduces a new tool of measuring work alliance, that is, joystick technology. The joystick technique has the characteristics of real-time, continuous and objective, which is superior to the traditional questionnaire work alliance measurement. The second study is to compile the manual of evaluating the working alliance of the joystick and to verify the consistency of the evaluator of the work alliance according to the evaluation manual. The result shows that the consistency of the evaluator of the work alliance is higher than 0.68. The third study assesses the work alliance according to the work alliance evaluation manual, explores the feasibility of the joystick measurement work alliance, further clarifies the structure of the work alliance. The research results show that the joystick can be used to evaluate the work alliance, and its reliability and validity are good. And the total score of work alliance evaluated by joystick is significantly correlated with the total score of WAQ, and the total score of work alliance assessed by joystick and the score of goal task dimension can predict the consulting effect. Work alliance includes three dimensions: target task, emotional connection and meeting input.
