微信交往對(duì)大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系滿意感的影響:孤獨(dú)感的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:人際關(guān)系滿意感是個(gè)體根據(jù)自己選擇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)人際關(guān)系的總體評(píng)價(jià),人際關(guān)系滿意感對(duì)大學(xué)生幸福感增強(qiáng)、心理健康發(fā)展和學(xué)習(xí)投入存在重要意義。互倚理論和社會(huì)交換理論主張從人際互動(dòng)中研究人際關(guān)系滿意感的預(yù)測(cè)源,而在如今,飛速發(fā)展的信息科技逐漸改變了人與人之間的交流互動(dòng)方式。本研究探討了信息時(shí)代背景下大學(xué)生微信交往對(duì)人際關(guān)系滿意感的影響,并考察了孤獨(dú)感對(duì)這兩者之間關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本研究采用了微信交往問(wèn)卷、人際關(guān)系滿意感問(wèn)卷和UCLA孤獨(dú)感量表(第三版)對(duì)上海358名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,其中男生237名,女生121名。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,大學(xué)生的人際關(guān)系滿意感處于中上水平,大學(xué)微信交往為中等程度,大學(xué)生的孤獨(dú)感為中等孤獨(dú)水平。人際關(guān)系滿意感、孤獨(dú)感、微信交往在大學(xué)生性別和大學(xué)生使用微信的年數(shù)上沒(méi)有差異,不同年級(jí)的大學(xué)生在人際關(guān)系滿意感、孤獨(dú)感、微信交往上有顯著差異。隨著年級(jí)的升高,大學(xué)生的人際關(guān)系滿意感呈下降趨勢(shì),孤獨(dú)感呈上升趨勢(shì),而微信交往表現(xiàn)出多樣性。第二,大學(xué)生微信交往與人際關(guān)系滿意感呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),孤獨(dú)感與人際關(guān)系滿意感呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。第三,大學(xué)生微信交往對(duì)人際關(guān)系滿意感有負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用,孤獨(dú)感對(duì)人際關(guān)系滿意感有負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用。第四,孤獨(dú)感在微信交往和人際關(guān)系滿意感的關(guān)系之間起調(diào)節(jié)作用,微信交往對(duì)低孤獨(dú)微信使用者的人際關(guān)系滿意感的負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)效力高于高孤獨(dú)微信使用者。本研究豐富了國(guó)內(nèi)的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究,研究的結(jié)果為在校教師引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生科學(xué)地使用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供了心理學(xué)依據(jù),讓大學(xué)生更好地利用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)滿足個(gè)體人際交往需要,發(fā)揮社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的積極作用從而促進(jìn)其心理健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal satisfaction is the overall evaluation of interpersonal relationships according to the criteria chosen by individuals. Interpersonal satisfaction is of great significance to the enhancement of college students' well-being, the development of mental health and the commitment to study. The theory of interdependence and the theory of social exchange advocate to study the predictive sources of interpersonal satisfaction from interpersonal interaction. Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology has gradually changed the way of communication and interaction between people. This study explores the influence of college students' WeChat communication on interpersonal satisfaction in the context of the information age, and examines the role of loneliness in regulating the relationship between the two. This study used WeChat Communication questionnaire, interpersonal relationship satisfaction questionnaire and UCLA Lonely scale (3rd edition) to investigate 358 college students in Shanghai, including 237 male students and 121 female students. The main findings are as follows: first, college students' interpersonal satisfaction is at the middle and upper level, university WeChat communication is middle level, and college students' loneliness level is middle. There was no difference in interpersonal satisfaction, loneliness and WeChat communication between college students and the number of years they used WeChat. There were significant differences in interpersonal satisfaction, loneliness and WeChat communication among different grades of college students. With the increase of grade, college students' interpersonal satisfaction is decreasing, loneliness is on the rise, and WeChat communication shows diversity. Secondly, there is a significant negative correlation between college students' WeChat communication and interpersonal satisfaction, and loneliness with interpersonal satisfaction. Thirdly, college students' WeChat communication has a negative predictive effect on interpersonal satisfaction, while loneliness has a negative predictive effect on interpersonal satisfaction. Fourth, loneliness plays a role in regulating the relationship between WeChat communication and interpersonal satisfaction. WeChat interaction has a higher negative predictive effect on the interpersonal satisfaction of low lonely WeChat users than that of high lonely WeChat users. This study enriches the research of social network in China. The results of the study provide psychological basis for teachers to guide college students to use social network scientifically, so that college students can make better use of social network to meet the needs of individual interpersonal communication. Give play to the positive role of social networks to promote their mental health development.
