[Abstract]:In social life, people classify themselves in different groups and behave differently because of their different identities. Among them, people pay more and more attention to identity fusion and pro-group behavior. At present, the domestic research on identity fusion is a little insufficient. Therefore, based on the existing literature and theory, this study explores the relationship between the degree of identity fusion and the relationship between the degree of identity fusion and the behavior of relatives and groups as well as cooperative behavior. Furthermore, the intermediary model of sense of responsibility and impeccable sense is investigated. The study selected college students from comprehensive universities in Shandong province (NG378, MX20). 57, SD1. 54) as subjects, first, two different methods, picture measurement and speech measurement, were used to measure the degree of approval. Secondly, the paper adapts the traditional tram puzzles according to the real life situation, studies the pro-group behavior of the subjects through this paradigm, and uses the public goods paradigm (PGG) to investigate the collective cooperative behavior tendency of the integrated individuals. Finally, on the basis of studying the influence of the degree of individual identity fusion on their relatives and cooperative behavior, this study further measures the individual's sense of responsibility and impeccable, and verifies their mediating role model in the mechanism of influence. The study found that 1: 1. The degree of identity fusion can significantly predict their inner group self-sacrifice behavior and cooperative behavior. Compared with the individuals with low identity fusion, individuals who are highly integrated with their own group are more willing to make sacrifices for the group and group members, and they also have a more obvious cooperative behavior tendency. 1. When the degree of identity fusion predicts individual self-sacrifice behavior, responsibility and impeccable sense play an intermediary role. 2. When identification fusion predicts individual cooperative behavior tendency, responsibility and impeccable sense also play an intermediary role. The results prove that the theory of identity fusion and the view of social identity theory, and the previous researchers to verify that there are significant differences in extreme parental behavior between individuals with different degree of identity integration. Compared with non-fused individuals, fusion individuals are more willing to sacrifice for their own groups. This tendency is evident in both pro-group behavior and inter-group cooperative behavior. The research also explores the predictive mechanism of identity fusion on pro-group behavior and verifies the intermediary role of responsibility and impeccable feeling.
