【摘要】：本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際團(tuán)體治療與團(tuán)體過(guò)程協(xié)會(huì)、美國(guó)團(tuán)體心理治療學(xué)會(huì),國(guó)際團(tuán)體心理治療師資格認(rèn)證理事會(huì)、英國(guó)團(tuán)體心理分析學(xué)會(huì)的倫理守則,以及美國(guó)團(tuán)體工作專家協(xié)會(huì)倫理守則的團(tuán)體實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)的綜述和討論,總結(jié)出國(guó)外團(tuán)體相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)的團(tuán)體倫理主要包含倫理宗旨、約束對(duì)象、團(tuán)體治療師能力、團(tuán)體過(guò)程中的倫理問(wèn)題(知情同意、保密、成員篩選、團(tuán)體治療師與成員之間的關(guān)系)、團(tuán)體外的關(guān)系和涉及研究的相關(guān)問(wèn)題等六個(gè)部分。其中團(tuán)體成員篩選和保密是團(tuán)體倫理中相對(duì)復(fù)雜,且需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的部分�；趪�(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)團(tuán)體心理咨詢倫理的擬定需要根據(jù)我國(guó)該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的特征、時(shí)代的特征和特定的文化背景進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the Code of Ethics of the International Association of Group Therapy and Group processes, the American Society of Group Psychiatry, the International Council of Accreditation for Group Psychotherapists, and the British Society for Group Psychoanalysis. As well as the summary and discussion of the group practice guidance of the American Association of Group work experts, it is concluded that the group ethics of relevant academic institutions in foreign groups mainly includes the ethical purposes, the objects of restraint, the ability of group therapists, The ethical issues in the group process (informed consent, confidentiality, member selection, relationship between group therapists and members), out-of-group relationships and related issues related to research are discussed in six parts. The selection and confidentiality of group members is a relatively complex and important part of group ethics. Based on the experience of foreign countries, the development of group counseling ethics in China needs to be carried out according to the characteristics of the development in this field, the characteristics of the times and the specific cultural background.
