【摘要】：認(rèn)知重評(píng)能有效降低個(gè)體對(duì)情感刺激的負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn),但指導(dǎo)性認(rèn)知重評(píng)在恐懼記憶治療中效果存在爭(zhēng)議。本文將認(rèn)知重評(píng)范式與辨別式條件恐懼反應(yīng)范式結(jié)合,以效價(jià)和US預(yù)期值為指標(biāo),探討指導(dǎo)性認(rèn)知重評(píng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)恐懼情緒習(xí)得和消退的影響效果。以低認(rèn)知重評(píng)能力個(gè)體為被試,在實(shí)驗(yàn)前24 h進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)性認(rèn)知重評(píng)訓(xùn)練。條件性恐懼任務(wù)為期2天,第一天完成條件性恐懼的習(xí)得和消退任務(wù),第二天完成條件性恐懼的再消退任務(wù)。結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)過重評(píng)訓(xùn)練后個(gè)體在條件性恐懼任務(wù)中的恐懼情緒效價(jià)顯著較低,說明認(rèn)知重評(píng)有效降低低認(rèn)知重評(píng)能力個(gè)體在急性應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下的負(fù)性情緒體驗(yàn)。所有被試均成功完成辨別式條件性恐懼的習(xí)得和消退任務(wù),因此重評(píng)訓(xùn)練并不削弱個(gè)體對(duì)危險(xiǎn)或者安全信息的辨別能力。但在條件性恐懼的消退過程中,認(rèn)知重評(píng)指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練加快了恐懼消退,且24 h后測(cè)得的條件性恐懼程度顯著較低,說明指導(dǎo)性重評(píng)提高了條件性恐懼記憶的消退效率,并減弱了條件性恐懼的消退返回。
[Abstract]:Cognitive reassessment can effectively reduce the negative emotional experience of individual emotional stimulation, but the effect of guided cognitive reassessment in the treatment of fear memory is controversial. This paper combines the cognitive reappraisal paradigm with the discriminative conditional fear response paradigm, and discusses the effect of guided cognitive reassessment training on the acquisition and regression of fear emotions, taking the titer and US expected values as indicators. The individuals with low cognitive reassessment ability were trained in instructive cognitive reassessment 24 hours before the experiment. The conditioned fear task lasted for 2 days, the first day completed the acquisition and extinction task of conditional fear, and the second day completed the task of reversion of conditional fear. The results showed that the efficacy of fear emotion in conditioned fear task was significantly lower after reevaluation training, which indicated that cognitive reassessment could effectively reduce the negative emotional experience of individuals with low cognitive reassessment ability under acute stress. All subjects successfully completed the task of acquisition and extinction of discriminative conditional fear, so the re-evaluation training did not weaken the ability of individuals to distinguish danger or security information. However, in the process of conditional fear regression, cognitive reassessment training accelerated fear regression, and the degree of conditional fear measured 24 hours later was significantly lower, indicating that guidance reassessment improved the regression efficiency of conditional fear memory. And weakened the regression of conditional fear back.
