【摘要】：新一代測(cè)量理論在測(cè)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)量分析和結(jié)果解釋等方面,都強(qiáng)調(diào)將認(rèn)知科學(xué)與心理計(jì)量學(xué)相結(jié)合。文章基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)對(duì)定性的認(rèn)知模型(屬性層級(jí))建立概率模型,并將其整合到認(rèn)知診斷模型中,可實(shí)現(xiàn)認(rèn)知模型與計(jì)量模型相結(jié)合進(jìn)行診斷數(shù)據(jù)分析。采用MCMC算法分析帶分?jǐn)?shù)減法數(shù)據(jù),比較不同屬性結(jié)構(gòu)下模型的表現(xiàn),結(jié)果表明基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)構(gòu)建的認(rèn)知診斷模型可提供豐富且有效的診斷信息,可為驗(yàn)證認(rèn)知模型提供一種途徑。
[Abstract]:The new generation of measurement theory emphasizes the combination of cognitive science and psychometrics in the aspects of test design, econometric analysis and interpretation of results. In this paper, the probability model of qualitative cognitive model (attribute hierarchy) is established based on Bayesian network, and it is integrated into the cognitive diagnosis model. The combination of cognitive model and econometric model can be used to analyze the diagnostic data. The MCMC algorithm is used to analyze the data with fractional subtraction, and the performance of the model under different attribute structures is compared. The results show that the cognitive diagnosis model based on Bayesian network can provide rich and effective diagnostic information. It can provide a way to verify the cognitive model.
