基于N-of-1試驗設(shè)計的省級運動員正念訓(xùn)練方法的比較研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, psychological intervention based on mindfulness has emerged in the field of sports psychology, and various mindfulness training methods have been put forward and perfected. In this study, three mindfulness training methods, minfulness meditation), kindness meditation and body scan, were compared. N-of-1 trails design), was used to intervene 12 athletes from Guangdong province for 12 weeks. The study uses the State mindfulness Awareness attention scale, the simplified State fluency scale, the Chinese version of the Brownell mood scale, the State mindfulness questionnaire, the meditation questionnaire, the Chinese version of the acceptance and Action questionnaire, the Cognitive Fusion questionnaire and the < Self-sympathy scale. A measuring tool. The data were analyzed by mixed linear model and visual analysis. The results showed that: (1) the effect of different mindfulness training methods on the level of mind-fulness experience was different. (2) the effect of different mindfulness training methods on the level of isolation was different. Mindfulness meditation is the best way to reduce the level of isolation of athletes; (3) different mindfulness training methods have different effects on the level of athletes' experience avoidance, and body scanning is the best to reduce the level of athletes' experience avoidance.
