【摘要】：中學(xué)生處于青春期這一特殊的發(fā)展時期,這一時期的心理健康對中學(xué)生良好人格的形成有著重要的影響。而在中學(xué)生心理健康問題中,又以人際問題較為突出。本研究選取人際問題中較為突出的拒絕敏感性和社交焦慮兩個特質(zhì),首先對拒絕敏感性量表進(jìn)行了修訂,在此基礎(chǔ)上采用問卷測量法對中學(xué)生拒絕敏感性和社交焦慮的現(xiàn)狀和兩者之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,并引入親子依戀對三者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了中介檢驗,探究了中學(xué)生拒絕敏感性的影響因素,研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.修訂后的《拒絕敏感性量表》包括12個項目,3各維度,分別為情緒情感反應(yīng)、人際自信和渴望被接納,具有良好的信效度和區(qū)分度。2.影響個體拒絕敏感性的因素包括家庭因素、心理因素和社會因素,家庭因素主要表現(xiàn)在父母不良的教養(yǎng)方式、不和諧的家庭氛圍和較低的經(jīng)濟(jì)水平等方面;心理因素主要表現(xiàn)在內(nèi)向、敏感、愛猜疑的氣質(zhì)特點、不安全的依戀類型和不合理的認(rèn)知特點等方面;社會原因主要與在童年時期來自重要他人的拒絕經(jīng)歷有關(guān)。3.中學(xué)生拒絕敏感性表現(xiàn)出中等偏上水平,在性別上無差異,在年級和地域來源上具有顯著差異。4.中學(xué)生社交焦慮處于中等水平,在性別上無明顯差異,在年級和地源來源上表現(xiàn)出顯著差異。5.拒絕敏感性與社交焦慮存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與親子依戀存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,親子依戀于社交焦慮存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。6.親子依戀在拒絕敏感性與社交焦慮之間起著部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Middle school students are in the special development period of adolescence, the mental health of this period has an important influence on the formation of good personality of middle school students. In the mental health of middle school students, interpersonal problems are more prominent. In this study, two characteristics of rejection sensitivity and social anxiety, which are prominent in interpersonal problems, were selected. First, the rejection sensitivity scale was revised. On the basis of this, the present situation of middle school students' rejection sensitivity and social anxiety and the correlation between them were studied by questionnaire, and the relationship between them was tested by parent-child attachment. This paper explores the influencing factors of middle school students' rejection sensitivity, and draws the following conclusion: 1. The revised "rejection sensitivity scale" includes 12 items and 3 dimensions, which are emotional response, interpersonal confidence and desire to be accepted, with good reliability, validity and discrimination. 2. The factors that affect the sensitivity of individual rejection include family factors, psychological factors and social factors. Family factors are mainly reflected in poor parenting style, disharmonious family atmosphere and low economic level. Psychological factors were mainly introverted, sensitive, suspicious temperament, unsafe attachment type and irrational cognitive characteristics, while social factors were mainly related to rejection experience from important others in childhood. 3. Middle school students' rejection sensitivity showed middle level, no difference in gender, and significant difference in grade and regional origin. 4. The social anxiety of middle school students was at the middle level, but there was no significant difference in gender, but there was significant difference in grade and source. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between rejection sensitivity and social anxiety, a significant negative correlation with parent-child attachment, and a significant negative correlation between parent-child attachment and social anxiety. Parent-child attachment plays a part in mediating between rejection sensitivity and social anxiety.
