【摘要】：本研究通過對410名企業(yè)員工的調(diào)查,探討使命取向對職業(yè)滿意度的影響機制,并采用結構方程模型技術與層次回歸分析法考察職業(yè)彈性在這一關系中的中介作用及工作資源對該關系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結果表明:(1)職業(yè)彈性部分中介了使命取向對職業(yè)滿意度的正向關系;(2)工作資源調(diào)節(jié)了使命取向對職業(yè)彈性的影響;(3)進一步地,工作資源水平越高,職業(yè)彈性對于使命取向與職業(yè)滿意度關系的中介作用越強,反之越弱。
[Abstract]:In this study, 410 employees were investigated to explore the influence mechanism of mission orientation on job satisfaction. The structural equation model technique and hierarchical regression analysis were used to investigate the mediating role of occupational elasticity in this relationship and the moderating effect of work resources on the relationship. The results show that: (1) the part of occupational elasticity mediates the positive relationship between mission orientation and job satisfaction. (2) work resources regulate the influence of mission orientation on occupational flexibility. (3) further, the higher the level of work resources, the higher the level of work resources. The greater the mediating effect of occupational elasticity on the relationship between mission orientation and job satisfaction, the weaker the vice versa.
