大學生人格障礙干預研究:NLP技術實操運用和效應分析

【摘要】:研究背景:近年來研究顯示,大學生中人格障礙患病率高于普通人群,成為患病人數(shù)龐大而又未得到治療的群體,這嚴重影響了大學生的心理健康,且人格障礙的現(xiàn)有治療手段欠佳,耗時長、效果不易鞏固。NLP療法是一個快速、有效的治療方法,它結合了完形治療學、催眠治療法和家庭治療法,現(xiàn)已被廣泛應用于神經癥、心身性疾病、青少年心理行為障礙,以及普通人群中的婚戀親子關系、教育輔導、組織管理等,結果說明它是一套效果強大、快速和含蓄的溝通模式。國內有關NLP療法的應用起步不久,有關將NLP療法用于人格障礙治療的有關資料尚未見到。 研究目的: 1、了解大學生的人格障礙與自尊、自我接納和心理健康的關系; 2、探討NLP團體輔導對人格障礙大學生的自尊、自我接納和心理健康的影響,及對人格障礙的干預效果。 研究方法:采用問卷調查法、實驗法和訪談法。研究過程具體分為兩部分,第一部分探討大學生的人格障礙與自尊、自我接納和心理健康的關系,將選取的31名大學生人格障礙組與33名大學生正常組的自尊、自我接納和心理健康進行了對比,并分析了大學生的人格障礙與自尊、自我接納和心理健康的關系。第二部分為NLP團體輔導的實驗研究,從第一部分的大學生人格障礙組中選取20名參加團體,對他們進行了為期三個月的團體輔導,從而探討NLP團體輔導對人格障礙大學生的自尊、自我接納和心理健康的影響,及對人格障礙的干預效果。 研究結果: 1、人格障礙大學生的自尊、自我接納和心理健康水平均顯著低于正常大學生。 2、人格障礙總分與自尊、自我接納呈負相關,與SCL-90呈正相關,具體到各亞型人格障礙在自尊、自我接納方面表現(xiàn)不一致。 3、人格障礙大學生的自尊、自我接納和心理健康具有交互關系。 4、大學生自尊和自我接納對人格障礙具有重要的預測作用。 5、NLP團體輔導對提高人格障礙大學生的自尊、自我接納和心理健康水平效果顯著。 6、NLP團體輔導能夠有效降低大學生人格障礙水平。 7、NLP團體輔導對大學生人格障礙的干預效果具有穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Research background: in recent years, studies have shown that the prevalence of personality disorders in college students is higher than that of the general population, which has become a large and untreated group. This has seriously affected the mental health of college students, and the existing treatment methods of personality disorders are poor and time-consuming, and the effect is not easy to consolidate.NLP therapy as a fast and effective treatment. Method, it combines Gestalt therapy, hypnotic therapy and family therapy. It has been widely used in neurosis, psychosomatic disease, adolescent psychological and behavioral disorders, as well as the relationship of marriage, marriage, child and love, education and management in the general population. The results show that it is a set of powerful, fast and implicit communication patterns. The application of NLP therapy has not been long since the application of NLP therapy in the treatment of personality disorder has not yet been seen.
The purpose of the study is:
1, to understand the relationship between personality disorder and self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health of college students.
2, to explore the influence of NLP group counseling on self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health of college students with personality disorder, and the intervention effect on personality disorder.
Research methods: using questionnaire, experimental method and interview method. The research process is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the relationship between personality disorders and self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health, and the 31 college students' personality disorder group and the normal group of 33 college students, self-respect, self acceptance and mental health. The relationship between College Students' personality disorders and self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health was analyzed. The second part was the experimental study on group counseling in NLP. 20 participants were selected from the first part of the college student personality disorder group, and the group assisted them for a period of three months to explore the NLP group guidance to the personality disorder University. The influence of self esteem, self acceptance and mental health, and the intervention effect on personality disorder.
The results of the study:
1, self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health of college students with personality disorder were significantly lower than those of normal university students.
2, the total score of personality disorder was negatively correlated with self acceptance and self acceptance. It was positively correlated with SCL-90, and the personality disorder in each subtype was inconsistent in self-esteem and self acceptance.
3, personality disorder college students' self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health have an interactive relationship.
4, college students' self-esteem and self acceptance play an important role in predicting personality disorders.
5, NLP group counseling has significant effect on improving self-esteem, self acceptance and mental health of college students with personality disorders.
6, NLP group counseling can effectively reduce the level of College Students' personality disorder.
7, the effect of NLP group counseling on College Students' personality disorder is stable.
