【摘要】：近年來,項(xiàng)目反應(yīng)時(shí)間數(shù)據(jù)的建模是心理和教育測(cè)量領(lǐng)域的熱門方向之一。針對(duì)反應(yīng)時(shí)間的對(duì)數(shù)正態(tài)模型和Box-Cox正態(tài)模型的不足,本文在van der Linden的分層模型框架下基于偏正態(tài)分布建立一個(gè)反應(yīng)時(shí)間的對(duì)數(shù)線性模型,并成功給出模型參數(shù)估計(jì)的馬爾科夫鏈蒙特卡羅(Markov Chain Monte Carlo,MCMC)算法。模擬研究和實(shí)例分析的結(jié)果均表明,與對(duì)數(shù)正態(tài)模型和BoxCox正態(tài)模型相比,對(duì)數(shù)偏正態(tài)模型表現(xiàn)出更加優(yōu)良的擬合效果,具有更強(qiáng)的靈活性和適用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the modeling of project response time data is one of the hot topics in the field of psychological and educational measurement. Aiming at the shortage of logarithmic normal model of reaction time and Box-Cox normal model, a logarithmic linear model of reaction time is established based on partial normal distribution under the framework of van der Linden's hierarchical model. The Markov chain Monte Carlo Markov Chain Monte Markov CMCs (MCMCs) algorithm for model parameter estimation is presented successfully. The results of simulation and case analysis show that the logarithmic bias model is more flexible and applicable than the logarithmic normal model and BoxCox normal model.
