【摘要】：使用CGSS(2010)數(shù)據(jù)考察了不同代際農(nóng)民外出務(wù)工對其幸福感的影響。結(jié)果顯示:外出務(wù)工提高了農(nóng)民工的幸福感。對于第一代農(nóng)民工,外出務(wù)工顯著提升了他們的幸福感,中介效應(yīng)檢驗顯示,社會剝奪感和經(jīng)濟(jì)剝奪感均具有中介效應(yīng)。但是對于第二代農(nóng)民工來說,外出務(wù)工并沒有使得他們的幸福感提升,中介效應(yīng)檢驗顯示,社會剝奪感和經(jīng)濟(jì)剝奪感均不具有中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The effects of migrant workers from different generations on their well-being were investigated using CGSS 2010 data. The results showed that migrant workers increased their happiness. For the first generation of migrant workers, migrant workers significantly improved their well-being, the intermediary effect test showed that the sense of social deprivation and economic deprivation have intermediary effects. But for the second generation of migrant workers, migrant workers did not improve their well-being, the intermediary effect test shows that social deprivation and economic deprivation have no intermediary effect.
