【摘要】：通過對2000年以后中國、美國和日本三個國家在學生群體中開展表達性寫作治療實證研究的總結、歸納和分析,歸納出了不同寫作范式類型、總結出了不同寫作設置對治療效果的影響情況、闡述了不同中介或調(diào)節(jié)變量、分析了表達性寫作在學生群體中應用的價值、優(yōu)勢和注意事項。并在此基礎上對未來的研究方向提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Through the summary, induction and analysis of the empirical research on expressive writing therapy carried out in three countries after 2000 in China, the United States and Japan, different writing paradigms are concluded. This paper summarizes the influence of different writing settings on the therapeutic effect, expounds different mediating or regulating variables, and analyzes the value, advantages and matters needing attention of the application of expressive writing in students' groups. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward for the future research direction.
