大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往的影響:心理韌性的中介作用

【摘要】:近年來(lái),網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往問(wèn)題已經(jīng)引起了廣大學(xué)者的積極關(guān)注。網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往是指通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中介形成的人際交往能力,F(xiàn)代社會(huì)是一個(gè)信息化的社會(huì),生活也越來(lái)越離不開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò),很多人在生活中的交往能力可以遷移到這個(gè)虛擬的世界中。個(gè)體在網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往中壓力情景的處理能力很大程度上是來(lái)自于生活中的人際交往能力的影響。已有研究均表明,社會(huì)支持是影響大學(xué)生人際交往能力的主要影響因素之一。而大學(xué)生是否把這種人際交往能力運(yùn)用到網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往中是本次研究的內(nèi)容。本次研究主要采用量化研究的方法,以在校大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象。研究中采用大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往問(wèn)卷、社會(huì)支持量表和青少年心理韌性量表對(duì)四川省部分高校的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè)。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)性別、文化程度、學(xué)校性質(zhì)等在大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往、心理韌性這幾個(gè)變量上有一定的影響作用。不同性別的大學(xué)生在社會(huì)支持、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往和心理韌性上的差異顯著(p0.01);大一、大二、大三以及大四學(xué)生在社會(huì)支持、網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往和心理韌性的差異顯著(p0.01);文史類和理工類的學(xué)校也存在顯著差異。(2)社會(huì)支持與網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往正相關(guān)。大學(xué)生社會(huì)支持得分越高,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往能力越強(qiáng);大學(xué)生在生活中獲得的來(lái)自家人朋友以及對(duì)這些支持的利用情況越多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往能力越強(qiáng)。(3)心理韌性與網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)。大學(xué)生心理韌性越強(qiáng),越能抵抗外界的壓力,網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往能力越強(qiáng)。(4)心理韌性在社會(huì)支持對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往的影響中起部分中介作用,社會(huì)支持可以直接影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往,也可以通過(guò)心理韌性對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往產(chǎn)生影響。探究大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往的影響因素,對(duì)提高大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往能力提供文獻(xiàn)支持,也為以后相關(guān)的研究提供思路。從大學(xué)生心理健康的角度來(lái)看,有助于為提高大學(xué)生的生活質(zhì)量和心理健康水平找到可行的辦法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of network interpersonal communication has aroused the active attention of the majority of scholars. The network interpersonal communication refers to the interpersonal communication ability formed through the intermediary of the network. The modern society is an information-based society. Life is more and more inseparable from the Internet, Many people's ability to interact in life can be transferred to this virtual world. The ability of individuals to deal with stressful situations in online interpersonal communication is largely due to the influence of their interpersonal skills in life. Social support is one of the main influencing factors of college students' interpersonal communication ability, and whether college students apply this kind of interpersonal ability to network interpersonal communication is the content of this study. Taking college students as the research object, the questionnaire of college students' network communication, the scale of social support and the scale of adolescents' psychological toughness were used to test the college students in Sichuan Province. The results showed that the gender and education level of the students were 1: 1. The nature of school has a certain influence on the social support, network interpersonal communication and psychological resilience of college students. The differences of social support, network interpersonal communication and psychological resilience among different gender college students are significant (p 0.01). Sophomore, sophomore and senior students in social support, The difference between network interpersonal communication and psychological resilience is significant (p0.01). There is also significant difference between literature and history and science and technology schools. Social support is positively related to network interpersonal communication. The higher the score of social support, the stronger the interpersonal communication ability of college students. The more college students get from family and friends in life and the more they make use of these support, the stronger the ability of network communication is.) Psychological resilience is positively related to network interpersonal communication. The stronger the psychological resilience of college students is, the more they can resist the external pressure. The stronger the ability of network interpersonal communication is, the stronger psychological resilience plays a part of intermediary role in the influence of social support on network interpersonal communication, and social support can directly affect the network interpersonal communication. We can also explore the influencing factors of college students' network interpersonal communication through psychological resilience, and provide literature support for improving college students' network interpersonal communication ability. From the point of view of college students' mental health, it is helpful to find a feasible way to improve the quality of life and the level of mental health of college students.
