高中生的核心自我評價與自信培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:核心自我評價是個體對自我能力和價值所持有的最基本的評價和估計,核心自我評價是一種總體自我評價,影響著對具體領域的自我評價。核心自我評價是存在于潛意識里的一種相對持久的評價,是一個更寬泛的,更高層次的人格概念。這個概念一經提出,就引來眾多學者爭相研究。 自信是自我意識的重要組成部分。它包括自我認知與評價、情感體驗等成分,屬于性格特征中個體對自己的態(tài)度范疇,與自我效能感、自尊等密切相關,并和自我概念中的能力、價值判斷相關聯。筆者認為自信是個體對自己能力或技能的感受,是對自己有效應付各種環(huán)境的主觀評價,可以看成是自尊的一部分。 本研究采用核心自我評價量表的中國修訂版和個人評價問卷(PEI)對呼和浩特市第二十九中學300名高中生進行了調查研究,探討了高中生的核心自我評價在性別、年級、是否獨生子女、家庭來源、學習成績等變量上是否存在顯著性差異,高中生的自信在性別、年級、是否獨生子女、家庭來源、學習成績等變量上是否存在顯著性差異,以及高中生核心自我評價與自信的關系。運用spss17.0對數據進行處理,采用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢驗、方差分析和相關分析等方法分析了數據。得出如下研究結果: (1)高中生核心自我評價在性別、家庭結構和學業(yè)成績等變量上差異不顯著。高中生核心自我評價在家庭來源上差異顯著,來自農村高中生核心自我評價高于來自城鎮(zhèn)(市)高中生的核心自我評價。高中生核心自我評價在年級上差異顯著,高三年級學生核心自我評價高于高二年級學生核心自我評價。高三學生與高一學生、高二學生與高一學生核心自我評價差異不顯著。 (2)高中生的自信在家庭結構、家庭來源、年級和學業(yè)成績等變量上差異不顯著。高中生的自信在性別上差異顯著,女生的自信高于男生。 (3)高中生核心自我評價與自信相關性不顯著,他們之間存在其他非線性關系。
[Abstract]:Core self-evaluation is the most basic evaluation and estimation of the individual's self-ability and value, and the core self-evaluation is a kind of overall self-evaluation. Core self-evaluation is a relatively lasting evaluation in the subconscious, which is a broader, higher-level concept of personality. This concept has been put forward. Attracted a lot of scholars to study. Self-confidence is an important part of self-consciousness, which includes self-cognition and evaluation, emotional experience and so on. It belongs to the category of individual attitude to oneself in personality characteristics and is closely related to self-efficacy and self-esteem. The author believes that self-confidence is an individual's feeling of ability or skill and a subjective evaluation of his or her ability to cope effectively with various circumstances. It can be seen as a part of self-esteem. In this study, 300 senior middle school students in 29th middle school in Hohhot were investigated by using the revised Chinese version of the Core Self-Evaluation scale and the personal Evaluation questionnaire (PEI). The core self-evaluation of senior high school students in gender, grade, whether the only child, family sources, academic performance and other variables there are significant differences, high school students confidence in gender, grade, whether the only child. There were significant differences in family origin, academic achievement and other variables, as well as the relationship between core self-evaluation and self-confidence of senior high school students. Spss17.0 was used to process the data and descriptive statistics were used. Independent sample t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis are used to analyze the data. The results are as follows: 1) there was no significant difference in gender, family structure and academic achievement in core self-evaluation of senior high school students, but there was significant difference in family origin in core self-evaluation of senior high school students. The core self-evaluation from rural high school students is higher than that from urban (city) high school students. The core self-evaluation of senior three students is higher than that of sophomore students, but there is no significant difference between senior three students and senior one students, senior two students and senior one students. (2) there was no significant difference in family structure, family origin, grade and academic achievement among senior high school students, but there was significant difference in gender confidence among high school students, and the self-confidence of girls was higher than that of boys. 3) the correlation between core self-evaluation and self-confidence of high school students is not significant, but there are other nonlinear relationships between them.
