【摘要】：自戀是一種很復(fù)雜的人格。自戀的人既自大又自卑,既堅(jiān)強(qiáng)又脆弱,既招人喜歡又讓人不待見......雖然自古以來中國(guó)的文化就崇尚謙虛和諧,但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的發(fā)展與跨文化的影響,整個(gè)社會(huì)越來越提倡對(duì)自我的關(guān)注和肯定,致使很多人表現(xiàn)出自戀的傾向。因此對(duì)自戀這一人格特征的研究就非常具有社會(huì)意義。目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)自戀與親社會(huì)行為的研究一直處于理論構(gòu)想和通過問卷測(cè)量來實(shí)現(xiàn)的階段,但那些普遍帶有社會(huì)贊許性的問卷是無法真實(shí)測(cè)量出個(gè)體,尤其是具有自戀人格特質(zhì)的個(gè)體的親社會(huì)行為(自戀者為了維護(hù)自己美好形象會(huì)表現(xiàn)出較高的親社會(huì)傾向)。本研究將親社會(huì)行為的研究對(duì)象界定為大學(xué)生,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中創(chuàng)設(shè)虛擬的求助情景,首先考察了不同自戀水平下個(gè)體親社會(huì)行為的差異。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了哪些因素可能對(duì)自戀與親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響：是個(gè)人特質(zhì)還是外部反饋?因此,實(shí)驗(yàn)二考察了自戀在不同自我提升水平下對(duì)親社會(huì)行為的效應(yīng),實(shí)驗(yàn)三考察了不同水平的自戀者在不同成敗反饋條件下親社會(huì)行為的變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)一：選取陜西師范大學(xué)不同專業(yè)大一年級(jí)學(xué)生60人,使用自戀問卷以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行的虛擬的求助行為來探討不同自戀水平與親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)二：選取陜西師范大學(xué)不同專業(yè)大一年級(jí)學(xué)生120人,使用自戀問卷、自我提升問卷以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行的虛擬求助行為來探討自戀和自戀人格所具有的內(nèi)部機(jī)制—自我提升對(duì)親社會(huì)行為的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)三：選取陜西師范大學(xué)不同專業(yè)大一年級(jí)學(xué)生121人,在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上加入成敗反饋來探討外部情境對(duì)自戀者親社會(huì)行為產(chǎn)生的影響。研究結(jié)論：(1)高自戀者相比低自戀者具有更少的親社會(huì)行為。(2)高自戀者的自我提升傾向高于低自戀者。(3)自我提升對(duì)自戀與親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響。表現(xiàn)在高自我提升水平下,高自戀者的親社會(huì)行為顯著低于低自戀者；在低自我提升水平下,高低自戀者的親社會(huì)行為不存在顯著差異。(4)成敗反饋對(duì)自戀與親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系有影響。表現(xiàn)在失敗反饋后,高自戀者的親社會(huì)行為顯著高于低自戀者；成功反饋后,高低自戀者的親社會(huì)行為不存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:Narcissism is a very complex personality. Narcissists are both arrogant and inferiority complex, strong and fragile, both likeable and disliked. Although Chinese culture has advocated modesty and harmony since ancient times. However, with the economic, social development and cross-cultural impact, the whole society is more and more advocating self-concern and affirmation. As a result, many people show narcissism tendency. Therefore, the study of narcissism is of great social significance. At present, the study of narcissism and prosocial behavior in China has always been in the theoretical conception and through questionnaire measurement. Phase of implementation. But those generally with social approval questionnaire is not true to measure the individual. In particular, individuals with narcissistic personality traits of pro-social behavior (narcissists in order to maintain their good image will show a higher pro-social tendency. The virtual help scene was created in the laboratory. Firstly, the differences of individual pro-social behavior under different narcissism levels were investigated. What factors may influence the relationship between narcissism and pro-social behavior: personal traits or external feedback? Therefore, experiment two examines the effects of narcissism on prosocial behavior at different levels of self-improvement. Experiment 3 examined the changes of prosocial behavior of narcissists at different levels under different success or failure feedback conditions. Experiment 1: 60 freshmen of different majors in Shaanxi normal University were selected. Using narcissism questionnaire and virtual help-seeking behavior carried out in the laboratory to explore the relationship between different narcissism levels and pro-social behavior. Experiment 2: 120 freshmen of different majors in Shaanxi normal University were selected. Use narcissism questionnaire. Self-improvement questionnaire and virtual help-seeking behavior conducted in laboratory to explore the internal mechanism of narcissism and narcissistic personality-the influence of self-improvement on pro-social behavior. Experiment 3:. There are 121 freshmen of different majors in Shaanxi normal University. On the basis of study 1, success or failure feedback was added to explore the influence of external situation on narcissistic pro-social behavior. Conclusion: 1) High narcissists have less pro-social behavior than those with low narcissism. The self-promotion tendency of high narcissists is higher than that of low narcissists.) Self-improvement has an effect on the relationship between narcissism and pro-social behavior. The prosocial behavior of high narcissists was significantly lower than that of low narcissists. In the low level of self-promotion, there is no significant difference in the prosocial behavior of high and low narcissists. 4) success or failure feedback has an impact on the relationship between narcissism and pro-social behavior. The prosocial behavior of high narcissists was significantly higher than that of low narcissists. After successful feedback, there was no significant difference in prosocial behavior between high and low narcissists.
