深圳兒童少年心理行為問題社區(qū)干預(yù)模式探討

文章摘要目的調(diào)查深圳市兒童少年心理行為問題現(xiàn)狀,制定干預(yù)模式和矯治措施。方法采用國(guó)內(nèi)修訂版四套評(píng)估工具Achenbach兒童行為量表中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化版增訂版、學(xué)習(xí)障礙篩查量表、conners兒童行為問卷父母量表、教師量表以及自行設(shè)計(jì)的一般情況調(diào)查表,對(duì)深圳市城區(qū)分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣的2600名兒童少年進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng)分析。結(jié)果深圳市兒童少年心理衛(wèi)生問題檢出率13.97%,男、女分別為14.76%、12.99%;學(xué)習(xí)障礙篩出率12.20%,,其中男17.00%,女7.30%;谡{(diào)查結(jié)果建立了兒童少年心理行為問題系統(tǒng)社區(qū)干預(yù)模式。結(jié)論建立家庭-學(xué)校-社區(qū)-醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)分級(jí)多向管理的干預(yù)模式是兒童少年心理行為問題理想的預(yù)防和診治措施。

AbstrObjective To investigate prevalence and distribution of psychological and behavioral problems among school-age children in Shenzhen, and to establish community intervention model. Methods 2 600 school children aged 6-16 years were selected through stratified random cluster sampling method from three primary and two middle schools in Futian Disdrict of Shenzhen city. They were examined by Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) ,Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening for Learning (PRS), Conner' s Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ) and Conner's Teacher Rating Scale(TRS)and self-established questionnaire for general information. Results The total detectable rate of behavioral problems was 13.97%. Among boys the detectable rate was 14.76% and among girls the detectable rate was 12.99%. The detectable rate of LD was 12.20%, among boys the detectable rate was 17.00% and among girls the detectable rate was 7.30%. Based on the study, we estabolished the community intervention model for children and adolescents with psychological and behavioral problems. Conclusion The clissified and universally managed homeschool-community-hospital intervention model is the best prevention and treatment for children with psychological and behavioral problems.
