80年代末90年代初，隨著東歐巨變，德國統(tǒng)一，以及蘇聯(lián)解體等一系列重大歷史事件的發(fā)生，長達40多年的冷戰(zhàn)終于結束。為了適應冷戰(zhàn)結束后國際形勢的巨大變化，美國對其全球戰(zhàn)略進行了重大調整，經歷了從布什政府“世界新秩序”到克林頓政府以經濟安全，軍事優(yōu)勢和全球民主化為三大支柱的“參與和擴展”戰(zhàn)略再到小布什新政府初見端倪的實力外交戰(zhàn)略，基本形成了美國后冷戰(zhàn)時代的全球戰(zhàn)略框架。本文力圖在分析冷戰(zhàn)后世界格局，美國對其全球戰(zhàn)略的探討，和布什、克林頓、小布什四屆政府的全球戰(zhàn)略選擇及其得失的基礎上，全面剖析后冷戰(zhàn)時代美國全球戰(zhàn)略實現和維護美國國家利益和美國全球霸權的實質。全文共分四章。 第一章闡述了冷戰(zhàn)后國際格局的新特點及其對美國全球戰(zhàn)略調整的影響。冷戰(zhàn)結束后國際格局的重新構建與整合，世界經濟全球化和政治多極化的加速，全球問題的凸顯，以及其自身政治、經濟、社會和文化問題的惡化促使美國對其全球戰(zhàn)略進行反思與探討以應對新的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。 第二章具體分析了冷戰(zhàn)后美國四屆政府全球戰(zhàn)略調整和實踐。布什政府提出了“世界新秩序”的全球戰(zhàn)略構想，以期實現“美國治下的和平”；克林頓政府倡導以經濟、安全、民主化為支...
