【摘要】： 1861年農(nóng)民改革是19世紀(jì)下半期俄國歷史發(fā)展中的重大事件。這次改革由沙皇亞歷山大二世倡導(dǎo),頒布了著名的《2月19日法令》。改革的各項(xiàng)措施大大加速了俄國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,從而奠定了俄國現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ)。到19世紀(jì)最后二三十年,改革成果促進(jìn)了俄國資本主義的迅速發(fā)展。但改革的弊端亦愈發(fā)凸顯,尤其是在農(nóng)村地區(qū),農(nóng)奴制殘余廣泛而長(zhǎng)期的存在,農(nóng)民的生活狀況比改革前更差。本文通過分析改革前后俄國中部黑土帶農(nóng)村的變化,論證了1861年農(nóng)民改革的得與失,從而進(jìn)一步揭示改革的實(shí)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The peasant reform in 1861 was an important event in the historical development of Russia in the second half of the 19 th century. The reform was initiated by tsar Alexander II and promulgated the famous decree of February 19 th. The reform measures greatly accelerated the social and economic development of Russia, thus laying the foundation of Russian modernization. By the last 20 or 30 years of the 19 th century, the achievements of the reform had promoted the rapid development of Russian capitalism. However, the drawbacks of the reform are becoming more and more prominent, especially in rural areas, the remnants of serfdom exist widely and for a long time, and the living conditions of farmers are worse than before the reform. By analyzing the changes of the black soil belt countryside in central Russia before and after the reform, this paper demonstrates the gains and losses of the peasant reform in 1861, so as to further reveal the essence of the reform.
