【摘要】：1896年6月3日(農(nóng)歷4月22日,俄歷5月22日),俄、清代表在莫斯科舉行《御敵互相援助條約》簽字儀式。該條約反映了1896年前后圍繞中國(guó)東北地區(qū)的利益,沙俄、日本以及西方列強(qiáng)與清朝的爭(zhēng)奪與反爭(zhēng)奪,控制與反控制之間的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。文本以具體史料為依據(jù),探討這個(gè)條約出臺(tái)的背景、簽訂過(guò)程以及影響。 全文分前言、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)三部分。正文部分第一章分析了《御敵互相援助條約》出現(xiàn)的歷史背景,包括19世紀(jì)90年代俄國(guó)遠(yuǎn)東政策的調(diào)整、甲午戰(zhàn)后清朝對(duì)外政策的轉(zhuǎn)變和日本國(guó)力的快速提高及對(duì)外新策略。第二章探討《御敵互相援助條約》內(nèi)容及通過(guò)條約簽訂過(guò)程所反映的俄、清、日之間的三角關(guān)系。第三章研究《御敵互相援助條約》對(duì)俄、清、日三國(guó)的影響和由此造成的遠(yuǎn)東格局新變化。 結(jié)論部分提出了國(guó)際關(guān)系取決于國(guó)家實(shí)力和王朝利益,俄、日、清三國(guó)都按照這一準(zhǔn)則執(zhí)行其對(duì)外政策。《御敵互相援助條約》在很大程度上反映了19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初俄、日、清三國(guó)在遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的復(fù)雜關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:On June 3, 1896 (April 22, May 22, lunar calendar), Russian and Qing representatives held a signing ceremony in Moscow. The treaty reflects the complex relationship between the interests of Northeast China around 1896, the competition and anti-competition between Russia, Japan, Western powers and the Qing Dynasty, and the complex relationship between control and anti-control. Based on the specific historical data, the text discusses the background, signing process and influence of the treaty. The full text is divided into three parts: preface, main body and conclusion. The first chapter of the main body analyzes the historical background of the Treaty of Mutual Assistance between Imperial enemies, including the adjustment of Russian far East policy in the 1890s, the transformation of foreign policy in the Qing Dynasty after the Sino-Japanese War, the rapid improvement of Japan's national strength and the new foreign strategy. The second chapter discusses the contents of the Treaty on Mutual Assistance between Imperial enemies and the triangular relationship between Russia, Qing Dynasty and Japan as reflected in the signing process of the treaty. The third chapter studies the influence of the Treaty of Mutual Assistance between Imperial enemies on Russia, Qing Dynasty and Japan and the resulting new changes in the far East pattern. The conclusion part points out that international relations depend on the strength of the state and the interests of the dynasty. Russia, Japan and the Qing Dynasty all carry out their foreign policies in accordance with this standard. The Treaty on Mutual Assistance to the enemy reflects, to a great extent, Russia and Japan at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
