【摘要】：新濟貧法制度對近代英國社會產(chǎn)生重要影響,其評價問題也是備受爭議的問題,為了實事求是地評價新濟貧法制度,必須客觀認(rèn)識新濟貧法制度殘酷性的歷史事實,客觀認(rèn)識新濟貧法制度逐步改善的歷史事實,也必須客觀認(rèn)識院內(nèi)救濟與院外救濟共存的歷史事實。只有這樣,才能夠準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識和把握英國新濟貧法制度的歷史全貌,也才能更好地理解和評價濟貧法制度在英國社會政策發(fā)展史上的地位。
[Abstract]:The new poverty relief law system had an important influence on the modern British society, and its evaluation is also a controversial issue. in order to evaluate the new poverty relief law system realistically, we must objectively understand the historical facts of the cruelty of the new poverty relief law system. To objectively understand the historical facts of the gradual improvement of the new poverty relief law system, we must also objectively understand the historical facts of the coexistence of in-hospital relief and out-of-hospital relief. Only in this way can we accurately understand and grasp the historical picture of the new poverty relief law system in England, and also better understand and evaluate the position of the poverty relief law system in the history of the development of British social policy.
