【摘要】：正歲末年初,陰霾天氣肆虐了大半個中國,給這個新春增添了幾分憂慮。曾幾何時,天氣似乎只是人們見面時的搭訕語。然而,在今天,它已失去了曾經(jīng)的輕松之感,承載著太多的怨與恨。一時間,關(guān)于環(huán)境問題的討論,取代了各種年終景觀,成為各大媒體關(guān)注的焦點話題之一。面對這場"突如其來"的陰霾天氣,我們?nèi)绾螔亝s外在情緒,客觀理性地認識這場陰霾產(chǎn)生的根源,就顯得尤為必要。在此,一個不可回避的問題,就凸顯了出來,即這場陰霾究竟是百年不遇的自然現(xiàn)象,還是現(xiàn)行發(fā)展模式的某種結(jié)果?也正是在人們爭論不休時,一本書引起了中國學(xué)界和政界的高度關(guān)注,即杰里米·
[Abstract]:At the end of the year, smoggy weather ravaged more than half of China, adding some worries to the New year. Once upon a time, the weather seemed to be just a slip-in when people met. However, today, it has lost its sense of ease, carrying too much resentment and hate. For a time, the discussion on environmental issues replaced various year-end landscapes and became one of the focuses of media attention. In the face of this "sudden haze" weather, it is particularly necessary for us to put aside the external emotion and understand the origin of this haze objectively and rationally. Here, an unavoidable question is highlighted, that is, whether this haze is a natural phenomenon that has never been encountered in a hundred years, or is it a result of the current development model? It is at the same time that people argue that a book has attracted the great attention of Chinese academics and politicians, that is, Jeremy.
