【摘要】： 發(fā)生在19世紀(jì)六十年代的美國內(nèi)戰(zhàn),是美國歷史上的一個(gè)重大事件。通過內(nèi)戰(zhàn),美國先廢除了黑人奴隸制,為美國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展開辟了廣闊的道路:一方面解放的黑人可以成為工業(yè)革命中自有雇傭勞動(dòng)力;另一方面黑人地位和收入的提高,促進(jìn)了美國國內(nèi)市場的消費(fèi)能力。這為美國工業(yè)生產(chǎn)在19世紀(jì)末躍居世界第一創(chuàng)造了條件。 美國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)的重要原因,是南北雙方因?yàn)榕`制的存在而導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的沖突。但是歷史事件的發(fā)生究其原因不是單一的,而是多維的。內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)的其他原因中,理想中宗教信仰的道德性與現(xiàn)實(shí)中奴隸制存在的不道德性之間的沖突,是一個(gè)重要的原因,兩者在內(nèi)戰(zhàn)前、內(nèi)戰(zhàn)中和內(nèi)戰(zhàn)后都存在相互影響的關(guān)系。 本文探討的重點(diǎn)是美南浸信會(huì)與美國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)之間的關(guān)系,即從文化的視角來考察這場戰(zhàn)爭。美南浸信會(huì)在內(nèi)戰(zhàn)前參與宗教辯論,其信徒為營救黑人積極奔走;在內(nèi)戰(zhàn)中美南浸信會(huì)廣泛參與戰(zhàn)爭,派出隨軍牧師和志愿者,為軍隊(duì)中士兵的宗教信仰服務(wù),同時(shí)也為傷員提供醫(yī)、療救護(hù)等服務(wù);內(nèi)戰(zhàn)后美南浸信會(huì)通過各種途徑進(jìn)行福音傳播,幫助建立黑人教會(huì),向西部宣教,在城市奮興布道和海外宣教,這些舉措大大提高了美南浸信會(huì)的發(fā)展速度,使其一躍成為美國新教各派中信徒最多的教派。 文章的結(jié)語部分,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總體的歸納與綜合,分析了對(duì)美國內(nèi)戰(zhàn)宗教因素考察的意義和對(duì)美南浸信會(huì)發(fā)展考察意義的思考。本文試圖對(duì)美南浸信會(huì)一個(gè)半世紀(jì)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行一次粗淺的分析,從而達(dá)到更加理解美國宗教與社會(huì)之間互動(dòng)關(guān)系的目的。
[Abstract]:The Civil War, which took place in the 1960 s, was a major event in American history. Through the Civil War, the United States first abolished black slavery, opened up a broad road for the economic development of the United States: on the one hand, liberated blacks could become their own hired labor force in the industrial revolution; On the other hand, the improvement of black status and income promotes the consumption power of American domestic market. This created conditions for American industrial production to rank first in the world at the end of the 19 th century. An important reason for the outbreak of the American Civil War was the conflict of economic interests between the North and the South due to the existence of slavery. But the reason of historical events is not single, but multi-dimensional. Among the other causes of the outbreak of the civil war, the conflict between the ideal moral character of religious belief and the unethical character of slavery in reality is an important reason. Both of them had a relationship of mutual influence before, after and after the civil war. This paper focuses on the relationship between the American Baptist Church and the American Civil War, which is to examine the war from a cultural perspective. The Southern Baptist Church took part in religious debates before the Civil War and its followers were active in the rescue of blacks. The Baptist Church of Central America and South America took part in the war extensively, sending military priests and volunteers to serve the religious beliefs of soldiers in the army, and also providing medical and medical services for the wounded. After the Civil War, the American Baptist Church spread the gospel through various means, helped to establish black churches, preached to the west, preached in cities and preached abroad. These initiatives greatly increased the pace of development of the Baptist Church. It became the most religious denomination among the Protestant factions in the United States. In the conclusion part, the author summarizes and synthesizes the whole text, and analyzes the significance of the investigation of religious factors in the American Civil War and the significance of the study on the development of the Baptist Church in the United States. This paper attempts to make a brief analysis of the development of the Southern American Baptist Church over a century and a half in order to achieve a better understanding of the interaction between religion and society in the United States.
