【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)末期,盟軍東南亞戰(zhàn)區(qū)總司令蒙巴頓在負(fù)責(zé)緬甸軍管時(shí)期力排眾議,堅(jiān)決與緬甸民族主義力量實(shí)施合作,并吸納緬甸本土武裝加入正規(guī)軍。緬甸文官政府回歸后,蒙巴頓繼續(xù)關(guān)注緬甸事務(wù),舉薦新任緬甸總督,并積極推動(dòng)英國(guó)工黨政府調(diào)整對(duì)緬政策。蒙巴頓的主張,順應(yīng)了民族自決和非殖民化的國(guó)際趨勢(shì),對(duì)戰(zhàn)后初期的緬甸政局、英緬關(guān)系和緬甸獨(dú)立進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:At the end of World War II, Allied Southeast Asia War Zone Commander-in-Chief Membarton, who was in charge of Burma's military administration, resolutely cooperated with the Burmese nationalist forces, and absorbed the native Burmese armed forces into the regular army. After the return of Myanmar's civilian government, Montbaton continued to pay attention to Myanmar's affairs, recommended the new governor, and actively urged the British Labour government to adjust its policy toward Myanmar. Monbadon's idea, following the international trend of national self-determination and decolonization, had a profound impact on the political situation, the relationship between Britain and Myanmar and the process of Myanmar independence in the early postwar period.
