【摘要】：波斯帝國第三代君主大流士一世在波斯帝國崛起和擴(kuò)張過程中,為使波斯成為一個海上強(qiáng)國,雇用希臘水手開辟海上交通,浚通運(yùn)河,興建強(qiáng)大海軍,與希臘爭奪地中海和黑海的海上霸權(quán),設(shè)想和踐行了一整套"面向海洋、聯(lián)通海運(yùn)、爭奪霸權(quán)"的海洋政策和海洋方針,對波斯帝國的歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。
[Abstract]:In the course of the rise and expansion of the Persian Empire, Darius I, the third monarch of the Persian Empire, hired Greek sailors to open up maritime communications, dredged canals, and built a powerful navy in order to make Persia a maritime power. Competing with Greece for maritime hegemony in the Mediterranean and Black Sea, a set of maritime policies and policies of "facing the sea, connecting to the sea and competing for hegemony" were conceived and practiced, which had an important impact on the historical development of the Persian Empire.
