【摘要】：市民社會(huì)理論是目前研究發(fā)展中國(guó)家政治民主化的流行范式之一。這一理論范式從國(guó)家與社會(huì)互動(dòng)關(guān)系出發(fā),探討了政治民主化的必備條件,對(duì)理解民主化進(jìn)程有重要指導(dǎo)意義。阿爾及利亞是阿拉伯——伊斯蘭世界最先開(kāi)啟政治民主化進(jìn)程的國(guó)家之一,發(fā)生在這個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)家社會(huì)互動(dòng)為理解該地區(qū)其他國(guó)家的市民社會(huì)提供了有價(jià)值的資料。阿爾及利亞市民社會(huì)的發(fā)展歷程折射了其民主化過(guò)程的艱難和反復(fù)。根據(jù)阿爾及利亞的歷史進(jìn)程,可以劃分其市民社會(huì)產(chǎn)生的時(shí)間,發(fā)展階段：(1)法國(guó)殖民時(shí)期；(2)獨(dú)立初期；(3)1987年《結(jié)社法》頒布之后；(4)1992年以后,直到新世紀(jì)。與此相對(duì)應(yīng),不同時(shí)期展現(xiàn)出不同的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。阿爾及利亞市民社會(huì)分別發(fā)揮了民族主義組織的作用、鞏固國(guó)家獨(dú)立、發(fā)揮動(dòng)員的作用和推動(dòng)民主轉(zhuǎn)型的作用。同時(shí),阿爾及利亞市民社會(huì)在社會(huì)領(lǐng)域也發(fā)揮了重要作用。經(jīng)過(guò)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的洗禮,阿爾及利亞的市民社會(huì)逐漸走向成熟。
[Abstract]:The theory of civil society is one of the popular paradigms of political democratization in developing countries. Starting from the interaction between the state and society, this theoretical paradigm probes into the necessary conditions for political democratization, which is of great significance in understanding the process of democratization. Algeria was one of the first countries in the Arab-Islamic world to embark on a process of political democratization, and the social interaction that took place in that country provided valuable information for understanding civil society in other countries of the region. The development of Algerian civil society reflects the difficulty and repetition of its democratization process. According to the historical process of Algeria, it is possible to divide the period of development of its civil society into: (1) the French colonial period; (2) the early days of independence; (3) after the promulgation of the 1987 Law of Association; (4) after 1992, until the new century. Corresponding to this, different periods show different characteristics of development. Algerian civil society plays the role of nationalist organization, consolidation of national independence, mobilization and promotion of democratic transformation. At the same time, Algerian civil society also played an important role in the social field. After the baptism of the war, Algerian civil society gradually matured.
