【摘要】：20世紀(jì)初,英國(guó)社會(huì)要求國(guó)家對(duì)兒童承擔(dān)撫養(yǎng)責(zé)任的"國(guó)家兒童觀"逐步成為英國(guó)社會(huì)和政治領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的重要共識(shí)。當(dāng)布爾戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)使英國(guó)學(xué)校兒童健康問(wèn)題凸顯時(shí),英國(guó)政府相繼通過(guò)一系列的教育立法和制度建設(shè)來(lái)構(gòu)建英國(guó)學(xué)校健康服務(wù)體系,從而開展了學(xué)校供餐和學(xué)校醫(yī)療計(jì)劃,并通過(guò)1944年《教育法》實(shí)現(xiàn)了全面的福利化。英國(guó)學(xué)校健康服務(wù)體系旨在為英國(guó)兒童能夠充分接受義務(wù)教育提供健康保障,開啟了前國(guó)民健康服務(wù)體系時(shí)代英國(guó)國(guó)民醫(yī)療照顧與救濟(jì)的新模式。英國(guó)學(xué)校健康服務(wù)體系持續(xù)運(yùn)行至1974年,有力地保障了英國(guó)學(xué)校兒童的健康和殘障兒童受教育的權(quán)利,促進(jìn)了兒童牙科醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了英國(guó)兒童健康教育的社會(huì)化。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 20 ~ (th) century, the "national view of children", which required the country to bear the responsibility of raising children, gradually became an important consensus in the social and political fields of the United Kingdom. When the Boer War highlighted the problem of children's health in British schools, the British government adopted a series of educational legislation and systems to construct the school health service system in the United Kingdom, thus carrying out school feeding and school medical care programs. And through the 1944 Education Act to achieve a comprehensive welfare. The school health service system in Britain aims to provide health protection for British children to receive compulsory education. It opens a new model of national medical care and relief in the former NHS era. The school health service system in the United Kingdom continued to operate until 1974, which ensured the health of British school children and the right of children with disabilities to receive education, promoted the development of dental medicine for children, and also promoted the socialization of health education for children in the United Kingdom.
