【摘要】：本文以當(dāng)代中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展為研究對象。在簡要回顧中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷史的基礎(chǔ)上,本文系統(tǒng)分析了當(dāng)代中朝貿(mào)易的發(fā)展歷程、主要特點、存在問題及發(fā)展趨勢,并對中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展的對策進行了探討。 全文由緒論、正文和結(jié)論三部分構(gòu)成。 緒論部分主要闡述了本文的研究目的及意義、選題的研究現(xiàn)狀、相關(guān)概念的界定及研究方法、創(chuàng)新點與不足。 正文分四章。即第二章至第五章。 第二章中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展的歷史回顧(1949年以前)。本章首先回顧總結(jié)了中朝朝貢制度下的中朝貿(mào)易。中朝朝貢制度下的中朝貿(mào)易主要是指朝貢貿(mào)易,其實質(zhì)是以國家為貿(mào)易主體的易貨貿(mào)易。與朝貢貿(mào)易并存的還有中朝兩國邊民自發(fā)形成的民間貿(mào)易。其次,回顧分析了1895年《馬關(guān)條約》簽訂、中朝朝貢制度瓦解后,中朝貿(mào)易在《南京條約》、《馬關(guān)條約》、《韓日合并條約》等條約制約下的曲折發(fā)展過程及不同的階段性特點。 第三章中朝社會主義陣營內(nèi)的易貨貿(mào)易(1950-1991年)。這一時期的中朝貿(mào)易表現(xiàn)出了社會主義陣營間貿(mào)易的特殊性,即通過簽訂長期貿(mào)易協(xié)定開展以物易物的易貨貿(mào)易。本章首先梳理了中國、朝鮮外經(jīng)貿(mào)政策發(fā)展變遷的脈絡(luò)。其次,在分析中朝貿(mào)易規(guī)模、商品結(jié)構(gòu)、貿(mào)易方式的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)歸納出這一時期中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展的主要特點。最后,闡述了中朝邊境地區(qū)貿(mào)易的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展。 第四章中朝主權(quán)國家間的現(xiàn)匯貿(mào)易(1992年至今)。1992年,中朝簽署新《貿(mào)易協(xié)定》,標(biāo)志著兩國貿(mào)易進入到真正主權(quán)國家間的國際貿(mào)易時期。本章首先概述了中國在這一時期外經(jīng)貿(mào)政策的發(fā)展變化及朝鮮“改革開放”的歷程。其次,通過對中朝貿(mào)易額度總體增長、商品結(jié)構(gòu)日趨合理、貿(mào)易方式更加靈活等貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)歸納出中朝貿(mào)易“由經(jīng)濟援助向互利合作”、“朝鮮對中國外貿(mào)依賴程度和互補性增強”等特點。最后,重點分析了中朝邊境地區(qū)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展、主要特點和重要作用。 第五章中朝貿(mào)易存在的問題及發(fā)展對策。本章首先分析了中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展存在的主要問題。其次,從解讀中朝兩國政策入手分析了中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢。最后,結(jié)合實際,對發(fā)展中朝貿(mào)易的戰(zhàn)略定位、區(qū)位選擇和戰(zhàn)略措施進行了探討。 結(jié)論部分論述了堅定發(fā)展中朝貿(mào)易的信心及加強中朝高層互動對中朝貿(mào)易發(fā)展的重要性,論證了進一步發(fā)展中朝貿(mào)易的戰(zhàn)略選擇。
[Abstract]:This article regards the development of trade between China and Korea as the research object. On the basis of a brief review of the history of Sino-Korean trade development, this paper systematically analyzes the development course, main characteristics, existing problems and development trends of Sino-Korean trade, and probes into the countermeasures for the development of Sino-Korean trade. The full text consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part mainly expounds the purpose and significance of this paper, the research status of the topic, the definition and research methods of related concepts, the innovation points and shortcomings. The text is divided into four chapters. That is, chapters two to five. The second chapter reviews the history of trade development between China and Korea (before 1949). This chapter reviews and summarizes the Sino-Korean trade under the tributary system. The Sino-Korean trade under the tributary system between China and Korea mainly refers to the tributary trade, which is essentially barter trade with the state as the main body of trade. The tributary trade coexisted with the folk trade formed spontaneously by the border people of China and North Korea. Secondly, after the signing of the Treaty of Shimonoseki in 1895 and the collapse of the tributary system between China and Korea, the tortuous development process and different stage characteristics of Sino-Korean trade under the constraints of the Treaty of Nanjing, the Treaty of Maguan and the Treaty on the merger of Korea and Japan are reviewed and analyzed. The third chapter is the barter trade in the socialist camp of China and Korea (1950-1991). In this period, the Sino-Korean trade showed the particularity of the trade between the socialist camp, that is, the barter trade was carried out by signing the long-term trade agreement. This chapter firstly combs the development and vicissitude of the foreign trade policy of China and Korea. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the trade scale, commodity structure and trade mode between China and Korea, the main characteristics of Sino-Korean trade development in this period are summarized. At last, it expounds the recovery and development of the trade in the border area of China and Korea. In 1992, China and the DPRK signed a new Trade Agreement, which marked the period of international trade between the two countries. This chapter first summarizes the development and changes of China's foreign trade policy during this period and the course of Korea's reform and opening up. Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of Sino-Korean trade, such as the overall increase of trade quota, the increasingly rational structure of commodities and the more flexible way of trade, it is concluded that China-DPRK trade is "from economic aid to mutually beneficial cooperation." North Korea's dependence on China's foreign trade and its complementarities have increased. Finally, the paper analyzes the development, main characteristics and important role of the trade in the border area of China and North Korea. The fifth chapter is about the problems and countermeasures of the trade between China and the Democratic people's Republic of Korea (DPRK). This chapter first analyzes the main problems existing in the development of Sino-Korean trade. Secondly, it analyzes the advantages of the development of trade between China and North Korea from the perspective of the policy of China and North Korea. Finally, the paper discusses the strategic orientation, location choice and strategic measures of developing Sino-Korean trade. The conclusion part discusses the importance of strengthening the high-level interaction between China and Korea to the development of Sino-Korean trade, and demonstrates the strategic choice for further development of Sino-Korean trade.
