【摘要】：在里夫金看來,隨著第三次工業(yè)革命的到來,傳統(tǒng)的勞動形式發(fā)生了重大轉(zhuǎn)變:首先,對于小部分就業(yè)人員而言,他們的勞動已經(jīng)不再是傳統(tǒng)的體力勞動,而是轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐灾橇颓楦袨榛A(chǔ)的協(xié)作勞動,后者不再是傳統(tǒng)的雇傭勞動了,這是"工作的終結(jié)"的第一層含義;其次,隨著普遍智能的運(yùn)用,傳統(tǒng)工人勞動必然會被機(jī)器取代,信息時代將是傳統(tǒng)工人終結(jié)的時代,也是雇傭勞動消亡的年代,這是"工作的終結(jié)"的第二層含義;再次,第三次工業(yè)革命雖然終結(jié)了傳統(tǒng)的一切勞動,但它所推動的"第三部門",將會吸收全部失業(yè)勞動力,實現(xiàn)對傳統(tǒng)勞動的全面解放和救贖,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐环N以人際交往為目的的深層游戲,這是"工作的終結(jié)"的終極含義。然而,通過分析,可以看出,里夫金顯然低估了資本霸權(quán)的建構(gòu)能力,還存在著諸多不完善之處。
[Abstract]:In Rifkin's view, with the advent of the third industrial revolution, traditional forms of labour have changed significantly: first, for a small number of employed people, their work is no longer the traditional manual work. Instead, it turns into collaborative work based on intelligence and emotion, which is no longer the traditional wage labor, which is the first meaning of "the end of work"; and second, with the use of universal intelligence, The information age will be the end of traditional workers and the age of wage labor, which is the second meaning of "the end of work". Although the third Industrial Revolution put an end to all traditional labor, the "third sector" it promoted would absorb all the unemployed workers and achieve the full emancipation and redemption of traditional labor. The ultimate meaning of "the end of work" is to transform it into a deep game for interpersonal purposes. However, through analysis, we can see that Rifkin obviously underestimated the construction ability of capital hegemony, and there are still many imperfections.
