【摘要】： 本文主要論述1776至1800年間美國(guó)對(duì)法國(guó)結(jié)盟的緣起和演變。在美國(guó)早期外交史上，，對(duì)法國(guó)結(jié)盟占有十分重要的地位。同法國(guó)結(jié)盟是實(shí)力弱小的美國(guó)在迫切需要法國(guó)援助、法英兩國(guó)矛盾不可調(diào)和的歷史背景下作出的。為了爭(zhēng)得法國(guó)的大規(guī)模援助，美國(guó)不斷克服來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外的種種障礙，與法國(guó)簽署了《美法同盟條約》，建立了美法同盟，并通過(guò)外交訓(xùn)令和輿論引導(dǎo)的方式維持美法同盟不至破裂。美國(guó)獨(dú)立實(shí)現(xiàn)后，隨著結(jié)盟基礎(chǔ)的瓦解、同盟功能的降低以及國(guó)家利益的受損，美國(guó)先是在履行對(duì)法國(guó)同盟義務(wù)上表現(xiàn)得消極，接著又通過(guò)法案和條約的形式結(jié)束了同法國(guó)之間的同盟關(guān)系。綜觀美國(guó)對(duì)法國(guó)結(jié)盟政策的演變過(guò)程可以看出：盡管美國(guó)對(duì)美法同盟的態(tài)度是多變的，但對(duì)獨(dú)立和發(fā)展的追求卻始終未變；與法國(guó)結(jié)盟結(jié)盟實(shí)際上是美國(guó)借以爭(zhēng)取和維護(hù)國(guó)家利益的一種手段，這就是美國(guó)對(duì)法國(guó)結(jié)盟的實(shí)質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the origin and evolution of American alliance with France from 1776 to 1800. In the early diplomatic history of the United States, the French alliance played a very important role. The alliance with France was made by the weak United States under the historical background of desperate need of French aid and irreconcilable contradiction between France and Britain. In order to win large-scale aid from France, the United States has constantly overcome various obstacles from home and abroad and signed the Treaty of the US-France Alliance with France and established the US-French alliance. And through diplomatic instructions and public opinion to guide the United States and France to maintain the alliance. After the realization of American independence, with the collapse of the foundation of alliance, the decline of alliance function and the loss of national interests, the United States first showed a negative attitude in fulfilling its obligations to the French alliance. Then, in the form of bills and treaties, the alliance with France ended. Looking at the evolution of the American alliance policy towards France, we can see that although the attitude of the United States towards the alliance with France is changeable, the pursuit of independence and development has never changed. In fact, the alliance with France is a means for the United States to fight for and defend the national interests, which is the essence of the alliance between the United States and France.
