一戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的糧食、食品供應(yīng)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:第一次世界大戰(zhàn)期間,歐洲戰(zhàn)事的慘烈火焰摧毀了大量的農(nóng)田,歐洲各國(guó)糧食生產(chǎn)遭到毀滅性打擊,協(xié)約國(guó)紛紛到末受戰(zhàn)火侵襲的美洲大平原去尋找糧食,以滿足需求。本文擬就對(duì)第一次世界大戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美國(guó)的糧食、食品供應(yīng)作一綜合考察和分析。本文共分三部分。 第一部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)導(dǎo)致美國(guó)的糧食、食品供應(yīng)發(fā)生的變化,因?yàn)榭紤]到戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后美國(guó)成為歐洲糧食、食品的主要供應(yīng)地,這一部分主要從戰(zhàn)前歐洲,美國(guó)的糧食、食品資源入手,試圖對(duì)比分析戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)導(dǎo)致歐洲和美國(guó)糧食、食品供應(yīng)發(fā)生的變化。 第二部分著重探討戰(zhàn)時(shí)美國(guó)的糧食、食品供應(yīng)及管制,以及糧食管理局的作用。針對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)導(dǎo)致美國(guó)的糧食、食品供應(yīng)發(fā)生變化,也使得美國(guó)市場(chǎng)一片混亂這一情況,本文力圖從政府控制、以及立法角度考慮美國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,重點(diǎn)在于分析美國(guó)國(guó)家糧食管理局對(duì)主要糧食、食品的管制,尤其是小麥和面粉。并對(duì)糧食管理局在刺激生產(chǎn),控制消費(fèi)、浪費(fèi),穩(wěn)定物價(jià)以及控制進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易方面的作用進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分探討美國(guó)戰(zhàn)時(shí)實(shí)行經(jīng)濟(jì)管制產(chǎn)生的影響。重點(diǎn)分析戰(zhàn)時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)管制的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)對(duì)羅斯!靶抡钡挠绊憽
[Abstract]:During the First World War, the flames of war in Europe destroyed a large number of farmland, and the food production of European countries was devastated. The Allies went to the American plains which were attacked by the war in the end to find food to meet their needs. Review and analysis. This article is divided into three parts.
The first part briefly introduces the changes of food supply in the United States caused by the war. Considering that the United States became the main supplier of food and food in Europe after the war broke out, this part mainly starts with the food and food resources in pre-war Europe and the United States, and tries to compare and analyze the food and food supply in Europe and the United States caused by the war. The second part focuses on the role of the U.S. Food, Food Supply and Control, and the Food Administration during the war. In view of the fact that the war led to changes in the U.S. food and food supply, and also led to chaos in the U.S. market, this paper tries to consider the U.S. response measures from the perspective of government control and legislation, focusing on the analysis of the United States. The State Food Administration of China (SFA) regulates the main grain and foodstuffs, especially wheat and flour. It also analyzes the role of SFA in stimulating production, controlling consumption, waste, stabilizing prices and controlling import and export trade.
The third part explores the impact of economic regulation in the United States during the war, focusing on the impact of the experience and lessons of economic regulation on Roosevelt's New Deal.
