【摘要】： 克倫威爾是英國(guó)政治歷史上一個(gè)極為重要的歷史人物,他的政治理念對(duì)英國(guó)革命時(shí)期的政治轉(zhuǎn)折有著突出的影響。他的政治思想深受其宗教觀點(diǎn)的影響,而有“神意政治”之稱(chēng),他把所有政治活動(dòng)的成敗看作是履行上帝的某種旨意,他認(rèn)為他認(rèn)為所有統(tǒng)治的權(quán)力皆來(lái)自于上帝,由統(tǒng)治者代表人民實(shí)行權(quán)力,他認(rèn)為斯圖亞特王朝的統(tǒng)治者背離的人民的意愿,這種觀點(diǎn)始終伴隨著他參與和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)英國(guó)革命的實(shí)踐之中。他的宗教觀點(diǎn)屬于清教中的獨(dú)立派,形式上推行宗教寬容政策,但實(shí)質(zhì)上確是對(duì)國(guó)教派與天主教派的壓制。由于他的統(tǒng)治基礎(chǔ)是激進(jìn)的平等派占多數(shù)的軍隊(duì)力量,他的政治決策無(wú)可避免的與保守力量出現(xiàn)尖銳的對(duì)立,在這種階級(jí)與教派矛盾日益尖銳的情況下,克倫威爾只有建立軍事獨(dú)裁的統(tǒng)治來(lái)維持政治的穩(wěn)定,并建立了“護(hù)國(guó)主”統(tǒng)治下的“共和國(guó)”這一在英國(guó)歷史上獨(dú)一無(wú)二的政治制度。
[Abstract]:Cromwell is a very important historical figure in British political history. His political ideas have a prominent influence on the political transition during the British Revolution. His political ideas are deeply influenced by his religious views, and he is called "divine politics". He regards the success or failure of all political activities as the fulfillment of a certain will of God. He thinks that the power of all ruling comes from God. The idea that the rulers exercised power on behalf of the people and that the rulers of the Stuart dynasty deviated from the will of the people was always accompanied by his practice of participating in and leading the British revolution. His religious views belong to the independents in Puritanism and carry out the policy of religious tolerance in form, but in essence they suppress the sects and Catholicism. Since his rule was based on the forces of a radical, egalitarian majority of the armed forces, his political decisions inevitably faced sharp opposition to the conservative forces, in a situation in which class and sectarian conflicts were becoming increasingly acute. Cromwell only established a military dictatorship to maintain political stability, and established the "republic" under the "protector", a unique political system in British history.
