【摘要】：1964～1968年間,在中國核試驗成功后,印度國內(nèi)圍繞核政策選擇問題展開討論。1964～1966年,討論的焦點是印度是否要發(fā)展核武器,結(jié)論是印度保有發(fā)展和平目的核爆炸裝置的權(quán)利。1964～1967年,印度政府又試探大國向本國提供核保護傘的可能性,但也沒有如愿。1967～1968年,印度核政策選擇爭論的核心轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭欠窈炇稹逗瞬粩U散條約》。幾經(jīng)談判,印度對此條約予以拒絕。
[Abstract]:Between 1964 and 1968, after the success of China's nuclear test, India began to discuss the issue of nuclear policy options in India. The discussion focused on whether India would develop nuclear weapons. The conclusion is that India retains the right to develop nuclear explosive devices for peaceful purposes. The heart of India's nuclear policy debate is whether to sign the NPT. After several negotiations, India rejected the treaty.
