【摘要】：保護(hù)關(guān)系作為一種人身依附關(guān)系在古代社會(huì)中普遍存在,它是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)等級分化的產(chǎn)物。羅馬的保護(hù)關(guān)系是一種獨(dú)特的社會(huì)關(guān)系,它大概起源于王政時(shí)期的“保護(hù)制度”,最初表現(xiàn)為保護(hù)人與被保護(hù)人之間的個(gè)人關(guān)系。羅馬帝國早期的保護(hù)關(guān)系在此基礎(chǔ)上演變而來,其表現(xiàn)形式更加復(fù)雜,類型多樣。主要表現(xiàn)為被釋奴與其前主人之間的關(guān)系、食客與貴族之間的關(guān)系、羅馬顯赫人物與地方共同體的關(guān)系、法律辯護(hù)人與其當(dāng)事人之間的關(guān)系。它們都在不同程度上保留了傳統(tǒng)保護(hù)關(guān)系的痕跡和特征。另外,進(jìn)入帝國時(shí)期,皇帝成為了至高無上的保護(hù)人,圍繞他形成了一個(gè)特殊的蔭庇體系,保護(hù)關(guān)系成為當(dāng)權(quán)者手中的一個(gè)統(tǒng)治利器。本文運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、人類學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等學(xué)科的研究方法和理論試圖對帝國早期保護(hù)關(guān)系的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析和研究。正文分為三章。第一章主要梳理了前帝國時(shí)期保護(hù)關(guān)系的形成與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并探討了保護(hù)關(guān)系的定義。第二章是本文的重點(diǎn),主要介紹帝國早期保護(hù)關(guān)系的類型和每種類型保護(hù)關(guān)系的發(fā)展概況。第三章主要論述帝國早期保護(hù)關(guān)系的特點(diǎn)與社會(huì)功用。保護(hù)關(guān)系對羅馬帝國早期的社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重要的影響,起到了維護(hù)等級秩序、促進(jìn)社會(huì)流動(dòng)和提高社會(huì)凝聚力的作用,對統(tǒng)治階層和社會(huì)底層人民都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As a kind of personal attachment relationship, protection relationship is a product of economic development and social class differentiation in ancient society. The protection relationship of Rome is a kind of special social relationship, which probably originated from the "protection system" in the period of the king's rule, and was initially manifested as the personal relationship between the protected person and the protected person. The early protection relationship of the Roman Empire evolved on this basis, and its forms were more complex and varied. It mainly shows the relationship between the freed slaves and their former masters, between the diners and the nobility, between the prominent Roman figures and the local community, and between the legal defenders and their clients. To some extent, they all retain the trace and characteristics of traditional protection relationship. In addition, in the imperial period, the emperor became the supreme protector, formed a special system of shadow protection around him, and the protection relationship became a ruling weapon in the hands of the people in power. This paper tries to analyze and study the development of the early protection relationship of empire by using the methods and theories of history, anthropology, sociology and so on. The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly combs the formation and development of the protection relationship in the pre-imperial period, and probes into the definition of the protection relationship. The second chapter is the focus of this paper, mainly introduces the types of early imperial protection relationship and the development of each type of protection relationship. The third chapter mainly discusses the characteristics and social functions of the early imperial protection relationship. The relationship of protection has an important influence on the social development of the early Roman Empire, and plays the role of maintaining hierarchical order, promoting social mobility and enhancing social cohesion. It is of great significance to both the ruling class and the people at the bottom of the society.
