【摘要】：社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,由于社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和制度發(fā)生變化,各類矛盾和沖突不可避免�；谒雇欣灼礁母锏姆治稣J(rèn)為,通過改革實(shí)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)向工業(yè)社會(huì)過渡,建立政權(quán)與社會(huì)的逆向溝通機(jī)制,確定民主監(jiān)督和決策制度,堅(jiān)持依法治國,國家應(yīng)能夠消除革命危機(jī),避免社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩和法律制度遭到破壞,保持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the process of social transformation, all kinds of contradictions and conflicts are inevitable due to the change of social structure and system. Based on the analysis of Stolepin's reform, it is believed that the transition from traditional society to industrial society, the establishment of a mechanism of adverse communication between political power and society, the establishment of a democratic supervision and decision-making system, and the adherence to the rule of law, The state should be able to eliminate revolutionary crises, avoid social unrest and the destruction of the legal system, and maintain stable economic and social development.
