【摘要】：亨利八世臨終前,指定了一個(gè)由16人組成的攝政會(huì),旨在讓他們輔佐幼主愛(ài)德華王子的統(tǒng)治。愛(ài)德華六世統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,他的舅舅薩默塞特公爵和諾森伯蘭公爵先后攝政,控制都鐸朝政。本文以諾森伯蘭公爵發(fā)跡為切入點(diǎn),從經(jīng)濟(jì)措施、宗教改革、外交實(shí)踐等方面,闡述愛(ài)德華六世后期(1549-1553)諾森伯蘭的輔政,并作出恰當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)價(jià)。全文分為緒論、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)三部分,其中正文部分包含四章。第一章敘述諾森伯蘭的發(fā)跡。他通過(guò)對(duì)蘇格蘭作戰(zhàn)、平定國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)亂,并憑借政治手腕,不僅展示了一定的軍事才能,為其對(duì)抗薩默塞特公爵積累資本,還取得幼主和攝政會(huì)的信任,成功取代薩默塞特。第二章闡述諾森伯蘭實(shí)施穩(wěn)健的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策及其作用。他從重鑄貨幣含量、削弱漢薩貿(mào)易特權(quán)和開(kāi)辟新的貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)三方面入手推行改革,改善了王室財(cái)政,緩解了日趨嚴(yán)重的通貨膨脹,一定程度上維護(hù)了英格蘭商人的利益。第三章分析諾森伯蘭推動(dòng)新教改革的背景、特點(diǎn)和影響。這一階段激進(jìn)的宗教改革,不僅迎合了愛(ài)德華六世的新教信仰需求,也為諾森伯蘭謀取了更大的政治利益,當(dāng)然客觀上還為伊麗莎白女王時(shí)期的新教改革打下了基礎(chǔ)。第四章討論諾森伯蘭謀求和平外交關(guān)系的措施、目的和意義。在諾森伯蘭的主導(dǎo)下,英格蘭改變先前敵視蘇格蘭的政策,尋求與法國(guó)和西班牙的外交和解,改善英國(guó)的外交環(huán)境,維護(hù)了英國(guó)民族國(guó)家利益。諾森伯蘭公爵輔政三年時(shí)間內(nèi),對(duì)英格蘭的鞏固、發(fā)展做出了一定的貢獻(xiàn),但也不能忽視他為自己謀取私利的一面。本文的結(jié)語(yǔ)主要從正反兩方面對(duì)其作出評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:On his deathbed, Henry VIII appointed a 16-member Regent to assist Prince Edward. During the reign of Edward VI, his uncles, the Duke of Somerset and the Duke of Northumberland, took charge of the Tudor government. Taking the prosperity of the Duke of Northumberland as a starting point, this paper expounds the auxiliary administration of Northumberland in the later period of Edward VI from the aspects of economic measures, religious reform and diplomatic practice, and makes an appropriate evaluation. The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion, in which the text contains four chapters. The first chapter describes the prosperity of Northumberland. By fighting against Scotland, defusing civil unrest, and by political skill, he not only demonstrated a certain military talent, accumulated capital for his fight against the Duke of Somerset, but also won the trust of the young master and the Regent to succeed in replacing Somerset. The second chapter describes Northumberland's implementation of sound economic policy and its role. He began to carry out reforms from three aspects, namely, remolding the monetary content, weakening Hansea's trade privilege and opening up a new trade market, which improved the royal finances, alleviated the worsening inflation and, to a certain extent, safeguarded the interests of the English merchants. The third chapter analyzes the background, characteristics and influence of Northumberland's promotion of Protestant reform. This stage of radical religious reform not only catered to the demands of Edward VI's Protestant faith, but also sought greater political interests for Northumberland, of course, laid the foundation for Queen Elizabeth's Protestant Reformation objectively. Chapter four discusses the measures, purpose and significance of Northumberland's pursuit of peaceful diplomatic relations. Under Northumberland's leadership, England changed its previous hostile policy towards Scotland, sought diplomatic reconciliation with France and Spain, improved Britain's diplomatic environment, and defended Britain's national interests. The Duke of Northumberland contributed to the consolidation and development of England in three years, but he could not be ignored. The conclusion of this paper mainly from the positive and negative aspects of its evaluation.
