【摘要】：英國核決策始終注重其秘密性,首相及其心腹大臣組成的人數(shù)極少的原子能顧問委員會構成了英國早期核決策的核心。首相與內(nèi)閣是核心決策機構,議會是重要決策機構,財政部、國防部、外交及聯(lián)邦事務部與相關部門文職官員發(fā)揮重要作用。英國核決策是其國家政治勢力博弈和國家利益權衡的結果,受到國際環(huán)境、政黨政治、經(jīng)濟條件、大眾輿論和戰(zhàn)略文化的深刻影響。
[Abstract]:British nuclear decision - making always pays attention to its secrecy , the prime minister and the very few members of the Atomic Energy Advisory Committee , the core of the British early nuclear decision - making . The Prime Minister and the Cabinet are the core decision - making bodies . The parliament is an important decision - making body , the Ministry of Finance , the Ministry of Defence , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Commonwealth of Foreign Affairs and relevant departments and civilian officials play an important role . The British nuclear decision - making is the result of the political power game and the national interests trade - off of the country , and is deeply influenced by the international environment , party politics , economic conditions , public opinion and strategic culture .
