【摘要】：羅馬早期社會(huì)中的被保護(hù)人同貴族、平民的關(guān)系微妙。一方面,被保護(hù)人依附于貴族氏族;另一方面,他們的社會(huì)地位與平民接近。這種中間身份使被保護(hù)人階層成為政治斗爭(zhēng)中的一枚重要棋子。在某種意義上,貴族與平民的命運(yùn)都取決于被保護(hù)人的立場(chǎng)。在等級(jí)沖突的初期(公元前5—前4世紀(jì)前期),被保護(hù)人總是幫助貴族反對(duì)平民的保民官。公元前4世紀(jì)后期情況發(fā)生了變化,被保護(hù)人似乎逐漸擺脫了貴族的控制。一種學(xué)術(shù)假說(shuō)認(rèn)為,在等級(jí)沖突中發(fā)生了一場(chǎng)被保護(hù)人的革命。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the protected and the aristocrats and the common people in early Roman society was delicate. On the one hand, the protected are attached to the aristocratic clan; on the other hand, their social status is close to that of the common people. This middle status makes the protected class an important pawn in the political struggle. In a sense, the fate of both aristocrats and civilians depends on the position of the protected person. In the early stages of hierarchy conflict (5-4 th century BC), protected persons always helped aristocrats against civilians. Conditions changed in the late 4 th century BC, and the protected man seemed to be gradually freed from aristocratic control. An academic hypothesis suggests that a revolution has taken place in a conflict of hierarchy.
