【摘要】："天鷹行動"(operation sky hawk)是北美空防司令部(NORAD)建立后擬于1959年10月舉行的第一次大規(guī)模軍事演習(xí),出于對演習(xí)時機(jī)和協(xié)商程序的不同考慮,加拿大最終否決了該行動。這一事件是二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后加、美兩國第一次在安全領(lǐng)域發(fā)生的正面沖撞,也是迪芬貝克執(zhí)政時期加拿大與美國關(guān)系起伏跌宕的開端。
[Abstract]:Operation Sky Hawk was the first large-scale military exercise to be held in October 1959 after the establishment of the North American air defense command (NORAD), which was finally rejected by Canada for different consideration of the timing and negotiation process. The event was the first time after World War II and the United States was in the security field for the first time. Face collision was also the beginning of the ups and downs of relations between Canada and the United States during Diefenbaker's administration.
