【摘要】：第一次世界大戰(zhàn)后,相對(duì)和平的國(guó)際大環(huán)境使美日海權(quán)角逐以新的形式展開(kāi)。1919年凡爾賽會(huì)議至1930年第一次倫敦海軍會(huì)議期間,美日在國(guó)際體系的制度規(guī)范下,通過(guò)外交談判等體制內(nèi)和平方式爭(zhēng)奪太平洋制海權(quán)。其間,控制島嶼殖民地與擴(kuò)充海軍是雙方角逐太平洋海權(quán)的基本內(nèi)容。在矛盾發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,兩國(guó)圍繞著亞太地區(qū)的利益沖突逐漸升級(jí)并最終不可調(diào)和,從而走向太平洋戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。
[Abstract]:After the first World War, the relatively peaceful international environment made the US and Japan compete for maritime power in a new form. During the Versailles Conference in 1919 to the first London Naval Conference in 1930, the United States and Japan were under the system of the international system. Through diplomatic negotiations and other systems of peaceful means to fight for the Pacific Sea. In the meantime, the control of island colonies and the expansion of the navy were the basic elements of the two sides' rivalry for the Pacific Ocean. In the process of contradiction development, the conflicts of interest between the two countries gradually escalated and eventually irreconcilable, leading to the Pacific War.
