【摘要】：日本的近代轉(zhuǎn)型是政府強(qiáng)有力的干預(yù)和推動(dòng)的結(jié)果,海外情報(bào)制度也是如此,以農(nóng)商務(wù)省為核心的官方情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在國(guó)家情報(bào)體系中一直占據(jù)最為重要的地位。農(nóng)商務(wù)省不僅是日本對(duì)華經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)查的主力軍,也是日本國(guó)內(nèi)工商企業(yè)獲取中國(guó)信息的主要渠道之一。近代日本曾經(jīng)對(duì)中國(guó)開展過(guò)大量的調(diào)查,但是相關(guān)研究長(zhǎng)期受到忽視。
[Abstract]:The modern transformation of Japan was the result of strong government intervention and promotion, as was the case with the overseas intelligence system. The official intelligence network with the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce as the core has always occupied the most important position in the national intelligence system. The Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce is not only the main force of Japan's economic investigation into China, but also one of the main channels for Japanese domestic enterprises to obtain Chinese information. Modern Japan has carried out a large number of investigations into China, but the relevant studies have been ignored for a long time.
