【摘要】： 賤民被稱(chēng)為不可接觸者,是被印度教徒排斥在教外的一群,純潔與污穢觀念是種姓印度教徒與賤民的區(qū)別,《摩奴法典》是賤民存在的依據(jù)。不可接觸制下的賤民,其被認(rèn)為是污穢的,具有傳染性的,是不可被觸碰的一群,連最基本人權(quán)都沒(méi)有,賤民本身的處境悲慘。由于英國(guó)的殖民統(tǒng)治,資本主義巨大的發(fā)展,印度世俗化的開(kāi)始,種姓制度束縛的減弱,和印度獨(dú)立后,其政府的法律和經(jīng)濟(jì)上的對(duì)賤民的支援,賤民的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位有了較大的提高,他們作為一個(gè)平等的人的意識(shí)覺(jué)醒。種姓制的衰落,由于政府政策還有殖民地時(shí)期遺留下來(lái)的原因,以致印度并世俗化的不徹底,使種姓制在印度仍有著非常大的影響力；印度教以外的宗教所提倡的平等的教義,’對(duì)在無(wú)望中掙扎惡賤民有更大的吸引力；種姓間的自我封閉嚴(yán)重,有不能逾越的界限。這些都阻斷了處在印度社會(huì)最低層的賤民升上高一級(jí)種姓的機(jī)遇,失去通過(guò)印度教的種姓地位上升而改變自身環(huán)境的機(jī)遇,賤民們唯有通過(guò)改宗來(lái)改變自身的一切。
[Abstract]:Untouchable people are a group excluded by Hindus. The concept of purity and filth is the difference between caste Hindus and untouchables. The Manu Code is the basis for the existence of untouchables. Untouchable people are regarded as filthy, contagious and untouchable, without even the most basic human rights, and the untouchables themselves are in a miserable situation. Because of British colonial rule, the great development of capitalism, the beginning of the secularization of India, the weakening of the caste system, and the legal and economic support for the untouchables by the government of India after independence, The untouchables' economic status has been greatly improved, and their consciousness as an equal person has been awakened. The decline of caste, the imperfections of India's secularization due to government policy and the legacy of the colonial period, made it still very influential in India; the doctrine of equality advocated by religions other than Hinduism, Greater appeal to untouchable people struggling with hopelessness; caste self-sealing is severe with insurmountable boundaries. These have blocked the opportunity for untouchables at the lowest levels of Indian society to move up to a higher caste and to change their environment through the rise of Hindu caste status, which the untouchables can only change by changing their religion.
