【摘要】： 伴隨第二次世界大戰(zhàn)的結(jié)束以及國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)政治的變化，，美、蘇在國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略利益上的調(diào)整使得戰(zhàn)時(shí)同盟關(guān)系逐漸破裂，美國(guó)重新確定了它在世界政治中尤其在中東這一至關(guān)重要地區(qū)的對(duì)外政策。 蘇土關(guān)系的急劇惡化使得土耳其無(wú)法繼續(xù)奉行戰(zhàn)時(shí)的中立政策，在這場(chǎng)區(qū)域性的土耳其海峽危機(jī)中，美國(guó)出臺(tái)了注入獨(dú)特外交的“杜魯門主義”促使兩個(gè)實(shí)力相差懸殊、發(fā)展不平衡的國(guó)家迅速建立起了戰(zhàn)略同盟關(guān)系。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，該文先從地緣戰(zhàn)略角度、國(guó)家安全利益的角度分析美土在“冷戰(zhàn)”初期結(jié)盟的原因，后試圖利用建構(gòu)主義的研究視角進(jìn)行分析，從認(rèn)同政治的角度去認(rèn)識(shí)美土戰(zhàn)略同盟可以在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)實(shí)主義理論在解釋問(wèn)題上的某些不足。
[Abstract]:With the end of the Second World War and the international, domestic political changes, the adjustment of the United States and the Soviet Union in the strategic interests of national security, the wartime alliance has gradually broken down, and the United States reconfirmed its foreign policy in the world politics, especially in the Middle East, a crucial area.
The sharp deterioration of the relationship between the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union made Turkey unable to continue to pursue the wartime neutrality policy. In this regional Turkey Strait crisis, the United States introduced the "Truman doctrine" that inject unique diplomacy into the strategic alliance of the two countries. From the perspective of geo strategic and national security interests, the paper analyzes the causes of the alliance of the American soil in the early cold war, and then attempts to analyze it with the perspective of constructivism. From the perspective of identity politics, the understanding of the strategic alliance of the American soil can make up for some shortcomings of the traditional realism theory in the interpretation problem to a certain extent.
