【摘要】：整體世界史觀揭示了世界歷史通過(guò)縱向發(fā)展和橫向發(fā)展走向整體發(fā)展的規(guī)律。在"和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏"已成為當(dāng)今時(shí)代潮流、全球化進(jìn)程加快的背景下,習(xí)近平主席倡導(dǎo)的"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想是新形勢(shì)下的和平發(fā)展模式,它能幫助各國(guó)快速發(fā)展,縮小南北差距,實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏;它能改進(jìn)和完善當(dāng)今世界秩序,促進(jìn)多元國(guó)際社會(huì)的和諧共處。這些都表明"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想將對(duì)于世界歷史整體發(fā)展具有積極的促進(jìn)作用。盡管"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想在實(shí)施過(guò)程中,可能還會(huì)遇到各種挑戰(zhàn),但世界歷史整體發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的,"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略順應(yīng)了這種大趨勢(shì),必將能開(kāi)花結(jié)果,起到引領(lǐng)世界發(fā)展的作用。
[Abstract]:The holistic view of world history reveals the law of world history moving towards the whole through vertical and horizontal development. In the context of "peace, development, cooperation and win-win cooperation" has become the trend of the times and the process of globalization is speeding up, the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" advocated by President Belt and Road is a peaceful development model under the new situation. It can help countries to develop rapidly, narrow the gap between the North and the South, and achieve win-win cooperation. It can improve and perfect the current world order and promote the harmonious coexistence of the pluralistic international community. All these indicate that Belt and Road's strategic concept will play a positive role in promoting the overall development of world history. Although the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" may still encounter various challenges in the course of its implementation, the overall development trend of world history is irreversible. The "Belt and Road" strategy conforms to this general trend and will surely blossom and bear fruit. Play a leading role in world development.
